Food - meat is delicious when there was chicken, everything else is impossible to eat (stewed, baked, salted vegetables are delicious! Fu fish, fried herring. Be prepared that there are no napkins anywhere, you need to ask for them where you take the cutlery! You will be given a couple of pieces maximum with charity It pissed me off a lot ((
Bar - on the first day I almost threw up from a glass of beer, it was plastic and washed with some kind of soap, poorly washed! I advise you to take plastic ones with you, or buy from them in Bima! 6 glasses 15 lira, 2 dollars. They pour really very little, and even with such a face that you don’t want to drink! We really took a couple of times a day maximum!
Rooms - well, not bad, cleaned so-so.
The sea - at the expense of the stones from the previous reviews, yes they are, but a passage into the sea was cut between them, even the children calmly swam there, there is nothing to walk on the stones, it is very slippery. And if you don’t like pebbles at all, buy corals, they are generally super.
You can easily go to Alanya, route 1B. It costs 11.50 lira for two. You can drive to McDonald's, there is a grand bazaar nearby. Lots of shops and cafes. The hotel will offer you to go to the fur shop, don't waste your time!
BAR - 0 out of 5 (I will add a photo of how much alcohol is poured, or rather, they practically do not pour horrors at all).
KITCHEN - 1 out of 5 (meat is not provided, only soy products are similar to meat).
SEA - 2 out of 5 (beach and bottom STONES!! ! More precisely, concrete slabs, it is not possible to swim, she broke her arm with us in the race, slipped on these stones, went to the Mediterranean Sea, but could not swim, this is such an area of Mahmutlar there the whole beach is like that, another thing is not sunbeds - they are NOT!!!
ROOM - 4 out of 5 (didn't expect much, but a normal room, though they don't clean it at all, they just leveled the sheet and that's it, though they left 1 dollar each and got swans twice).
POOL - 5 out of 5 (large as in the photo, although sunbeds need to be borrowed at 7 am).
Never again will I come to this hotel!! !
We got from the airport to it for 4.5 hours, and flew to Antalya for 4 hours! There is Gazipasa Airport nearby, but there are flights to this hotel only from Azerbaijan. Sanitation of suitcases during check-in was not carried out, although there is an apparatus for this. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars and even 3 is too much! Appearance and decoration in the style of the early 90s.
Number got 110B in the fourth case. Small room for 3 adults and a child. They said there were no more rooms. Everything is busy. Do not believe the brochures on the Internet promising beautiful and spacious rooms, all this is not there! Large studios with kitchen only for locals.
The Internet is paid and bad, it's easier to buy a SIM card. They speak arrogantly with the Slavs both at the reception and in the dining room. As for food, the same - local portions are larger and with a smile.
The rooms are dirty, wet cleaning is not done at all! Year-old dust and dirt under the beds and on the wardrobes. When we checked in we found a bra behind the bed. We went to the reception, asked to wash the floors, in the end they were simply wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Bubbles with shampoo were reported on the 3rd day and that's it. The bed linen is old, torn in places for 10 days they have not been changed. The double bed has two single sheets. Towels are changed only if they are put on the floor at the entrance to the room. Plumbing is old, water goes down the drain for a long time. The air conditioner did not work, only blew in fan mode.
The food is average for hotels of this kind, we didn't leave hungry. Constant lines for food and drinks. Beer and wine are tasteless booze for drunks. Real only local vodka - crayfish. But meat is rare, chicken or turkey. Cutlets - one soy. A lot of salads, but do not disdain to serve the day before yesterday. Apples are sour. Once they gave small oranges, they were sweet. Watermelons were given stale, my daughter got poisoned and lay with a temperature for 2 days.
The sea is clean and warm, but there were big waves all the time - you can’t swim with a child. Yes, and it’s hard for adults, underwater plates interfere at the entrance.
Verdict: I do not recommend this hotel! Don't ruin your vacation!
We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 in the morning, settled very quickly. We booked a suite, the room is spacious, like two rooms and a balcony, clean, we expected a terrible room from the reviews, but everything is fine, clean, comfortable. Yes, air conditioners blow on the bed, but we hardly used them, although it was above 34 degrees outside. There was a bottle of water in the fridge for everyone, when it runs out at the bar you will be poured water into it. The beds with mattresses are spacious and comfortable, the beds are clean and white, as are the towels. In the bathroom for everyone there was a small bottle of shampoo, soap, a sewing kit and cotton buds and discs. They cleaned every day and twisted beautiful figures strewn with flower petals from towels, reported toilet paper. There are no complaints about the number. Yes, there is also an energy saving system, when you come to the room, you need to put the key in the cell and then the electrician in the room turns on. On the one hand, it’s good, on the other hand, if you need to charge your phone, you need to sit in the room, only one key is issued. The safe is paid, but we did not use it, money, a camera, phones were in a conspicuous place, but no one stole anything.
Swimming pool. There are 4 different pools, one of them is shallow for small children with very warm water. The slide only works 2 hours a day, but it seemed to us enough, perhaps because when we arrived, there were few people, and the children had time to ride. Animation and competitions are held in the large pool once a day. The downside is that there is no water animation for children. At first there were enough sunbeds, but then there were more people, probably due to the fact that the Russians began to arrive, and sunbeds were booked already from 7 in the morning. There were enough sunbeds on the sea, then they delivered more. The beach is a different story. Here it would be desirable more well-groomed. Firstly, this is not the hotel's own beach. Locals also come there, especially in the late afternoon there are a lot of them, there is nowhere for an apple to fall, as well as tourists from other hotels. Sunbeds without mattresses, explain the coronovirus. The sunbeds are far from the sea, you have to go to the sea on hot gravel, because for some reason there is a wooden path only from the entrance to the sunbeds, it would be nice to continue it closer to the sea, because it is very inconvenient for children.
There is no vegetation on the beach (((There is on the neighboring ones. Umbrellas do not save from the sun at all, you often have to move the sun lounger. On the beach there is a bar only with juice and soda, which is diluted everywhere, the taste of Pepsi, forfeits and sprite is not familiar, although in the first days were normal, they probably started to dilute when there were more people. Pour into disposable plastic glasses, which is very inconvenient, not environmentally friendly and not aesthetically pleasing, plus of course that there is no broken glass. Near the pool they also pour into plastic glasses, but they are reusable and larger by volume. In the glass only on the bar, and even then not always. The sea is clean, the law is rocky, there are areas with good entry. After reading the reviews, it was the bad sea that I was afraid of, but there’s nothing wrong there, of course it’s not sand, but you also need to take into account the peculiarity Children 4 and 6 years old swam there without problems, often and for a long time, none of us hurt our legs, there were no big waves, as they wrote here, on the last day there were small ones, but this only made the children happy. lucky. Entrance to the sea through the underpass, it is very convenient. We walked a little along the beach, to the right of our hotel, which we regretted very much, it turned out that our beach is still very good in comparison)))
Food. I must say right away that I would like it better, we were not hungry, but towards the end of the rest it gets boring. But! All the same, you can choose something, of course there is no gourmet cuisine there, but the hotel is not of that level. There is no normal meat there, tasteless soy cutlets and something incomprehensible. The fish was almost every day, but bony, the children could not eat it, on our first day there was a good fish without bones and a whole one, on the rest of the days there were pieces of fish. Had grilled chicken a couple of times. There are no pastries, every day a stale bun, for breakfast sometimes there were buns without filling and sesame bagels (they are normal), still fried cakes. Boiled eggs every morning, sausages sliced in gravy, stewed vegetables, zucchini and eggplant, by the way, are delicious. Every day the same chopped salads, but you can mix them, for some reason the tomatoes were unripe, in the morning they gave olives and olives. There are a lot of sweets, but the same type. Of the fruits, only unsweetened watermelons, on our last day they gave a melon. For an afternoon snack, cookies, and in the evening at 2.00 they give soup. The bar is open until 2 am, there are no cocktails, they are made from juice plus gin or vodka, the beer is normal, the wine is very sour. For dinner once they gave something like sangria, I liked it.
You can write a lot about food, I’ll just say you won’t be hungry, you can always choose something, except that you eat lobsters and shrimp every day, etc. There is no menu for children, this is a very big minus, we adults chose something for ourselves, it was difficult with children ((There is no children's room, at least a playground, but the hotel area is small. The hotel is not aimed at children, the only thing in the evening is a mini - disco, but it's the same every day, by the end of the vacation, the children and we have already learned all the songs and dances to study, on the last evening the youngest son did not even want to participate, it was already uninteresting. Animation for adults is also every evening in the form contests, also gets bored by the end. Although I must say, the animators are trying very hard, friendly, giving their best and, probably, doing everything possible so that the guests are not bored due to their capabilities.
There is no Internet, you can buy it at the reception, but they say it catches badly.
I also forgot, in the last days of our stay, a snack bar was opened near the pool, they did something like hamburgers and pita with fried sausage and tomatoes, but that's just the name, but at least the rolls were fresh and soft, and not like in the dining room.
The hotel is normal, not as bad as the reviews say, but this is not a downgraded hotel, and not even 5 stars. I don’t know if we’ll be back, but we didn’t regret that we rested here, as they wrote above “you get used to it over time)))))
BUT! An unpleasant personal aftertaste from the hotel. It so happened that on the last day of my stay at the hotel I had a birthday. But there was not even a verbal congratulations from the hotel, it is very unpleasant, since for the first time we encountered such an attitude, although the travel agent asked if anyone had a birthday during the rest period and indicated this fact. The sediment is unpleasant (((Just keep this in mind if it suddenly happens that you will have a birthday.
There were cakes, not very tasty, you can’t eat a lot, mostly a lot of different vegetables, with different dressings, they gave sausages a couple of times, in the morning there is always cereal with milk and sausage, the rest is mostly vegetables, pasta potatoes and sausages sometimes, but this very annoying, there was always soup for any meal, but not always tasty, there is always little salt, the bar is open, you can always take wine or beer in food or coffee, there is a coffee machine around the clock you can make coffee for yourself, sometimes the staff is doing it, the waiters are Russian they don’t understand at all, sometimes they gave food as much as you ask, sometimes they said one serving, one hand, but one serving of potatoes, for example, was 1 cortoshina cooked in their uniforms, or 3 slices like in a village, like a big choice, go take pasta or beans, chicken 2 a piece a piece from the back and from the wings, they try to lay it down like that, one portion of a cucumber is 3 heels 1 cm each, that is, so that a man can eat normally, if he doesn’t take different vegetables there, you need to eat 4 servings.
There are shops 7 minutes from the hotel, they don’t sell booze at all on Sundays, a pharmacy, you also have to ask at the reception how it works, the market comes on Tuesday and Saturday, I think, vegetables and fruits are cheap, tasty, you can try, clothes are expensive, you have to bargain until the last, in the evening they can to throw off more, it works when, like on Saturday, they came at 18.00 approximately, it was closed, and on Tuesday at 21.00 they arrived, they only began to gather, it’s definitely better to pay in lira in stores, there is a calculation in dollars, but they are deceiving, and if they don’t understand Russian, it’s very difficult to communicate, even with a translator you can’t prove anything, there is no bank in the hotel, you need to go around 15 minutes like, it’s better to find out everything at the reception, there is a delivery from Burger King and other fast food or cafes, restaurants, didn’t try, the sea is clean, but if there are strong waves, then all the dirt is near the shore, the pool is also excellent, the sunbeds were always free, whenever we came, the slide in the pool only works 1 hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. in Tunisia they were related iki, they made burgers, hot dogs, pancakes on the beach, they never did anything like this here, there is no food or alcohol on the beach, only juices, coffee, soda, you can carry booze from the bar near the dining room, but according to the rules it is forbidden, you can buy almost everywhere, you just need to take an ashtray.
The bar opens at 10.00 before that, you can ask for ordinary cold water for breakfast, there were 2 small bottles of water in the room upon arrival, after a couple of days they were taken away and not given again, the guide came the next day and left the tour for $ 55 per person , asked for a discount, took $ 100 from us for two, said I can’t throw it off anymore, and in a day we find out that the Sultan (a travel agency will be there on top) has a discount of $ 20 for two, they asked the guide to give money, he immediately said no, he can’t already, but after a very long showdown and clarification, he nevertheless agreed to give it back and said that he regretted that he sold them to us at all, for this money they visited about 3 excursions from the Sultan, be sure to take a trip to the hammam, but not the one at the hotel, from some travel agency, do not be afraid, no one will steal you and take you into slavery
The service staff is attentive.
The kitchen - I can’t say wow, but don’t wake up hungry to eat from plenty to choose from.
Very convenient access to the sea.
Nearby there are a huge number of supermarkets where you can both buy everything you need and change money at the normal rate.
On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a bazaar where you can buy everything.
If a guide offers you shopping - refuse, run to the market there everything is the same but 10 times cheaper.
Also, enjoy the opportunity to bargain))))
But be prepared for BUT))
Upon check-in, you will be offered a superior room for $10.
Wifi is PAID and it was a big surprise for us (had to pay).
There is an alternative to buy a Turkish card, but the money is the same.
Another unpleasant thing is to weigh a suitcase for 1 lire (this is like redneck for me).
All this is compensated by an excellent team of employees (kitchen, bar, cleaning).
In general, I would go back there again))
We went to the dining room and at first thought it was a nursing home ((((. But a couple of days and young people arrived. Go into the dining room in a mask, eat without a mask if you are sitting there (nonsense). With this virus, all the food is laid by the kitchen workers. Enough the fact that there is no description of the dish, they also do not understand anything when you are interested in the dish ...
They also snort or do favors when you ask for more. You will not be hungry, but the monotonous food starts to bother you on the 4th day. In short, we had breakfast and went to the beach to the sea ...The beach is 5 minutes away through the underpass. The sea there is a magical turquoise color, this is a big plus).
We returned to the reception there already this young lady, began to talk about settling. The young lady began to carry all sorts of crap, they say there are no free rooms, etc. I began to be indignant, then she replied that at 10 in the morning she would settle in a suite for 20 bucks. Agreed. I bought the Internet for 7 days for 14 bucks, I caught it perfectly everywhere: on the beach, in the room, I don’t complain. But only for one person. Therefore, they changed, I switched off and my husband used it and vice versa. Let's go for a walk around the city, see the surroundings and kill time. We arrived at 9:40 and were shown to our room. Room 203 in block C, third floor.
The furniture is tired, old, but the main thing is that everything worked, because when they sat in the lobby, many people came and complained about various malfunctions.
The next day meeting with the guide. I have never seen such a rude and mean person. We had Assif Idrisov from JoinUP. As usual, excursions began to soar and about supposedly awesome discounts. I compared excursions with the Internet, and I thought if there was a slight difference, then I would agree. We chose a sightseeing tour of Alanya, a funicular, a cave and a pirate yacht, all these excursions in one day, and the difference is 3$. He doesn't force anyone to take a tour with him. In general, 12 people agreed, for 40 bucks per person. But there were guys from Moldova there, they took a tour from the street, like it was cheaper and asked the guide to give money.
He became furious, began to approach people who took excursions from him and asked them not to communicate with these Moldovans, and threatened that when they go to the airport he will incite them to be checked for the virus ...Time will pull, and it will be inconvenient. I think it's rude to do that. Once again, I affirm that it’s not dick to come to such meetings ...But on the excursion I got an excellent guide, in ours he asked me to call him Zhorik. Huge thanks to him!! ! The tour was very exciting, informative and fun...apart from the wine cellar where the wine was steamed and took 2 hours of my time...It's not my first time so I'm not interested.
The hotel bar is open from 10 am to 2 am. Drinks are good. I took Pina Colada, Sex on the Beach and Baileys. But the most interesting thing is that glasses, glass are washed and everyone drinks from the same glasses (WHAT VIRUS CAN WE TALK ABOUT). Animators are a separate topic ...for children, I do not argue, they are trying. And on the beach they do exercises and darts ...
but evening comes, and one of the young ladies announces a disco, but does not turn on the music, but begins to howl, imagining herself as the singer LOBODA ...It is impossible to listen to. I hope that the owner reads reviews about his hotel, takes note. What I can download about this hotel: the territory is small, but compact. The buildings are right next to each other. Clean, cleaned every day. The pool is large with plenty of sun loungers. But not 4 at all, 3+. A big plus is the sea nearby and awesome turquoise ...I hope my review helps.
The hotel has a strange system with energy supply to the rooms. Along with the key to the door, you get something like a 90s-style card, which you insert into a cell on the wall, and it starts all the electricity in the room. Thus, when you leave and take it along with the key (they are fastened together, you can’t unfasten them, we tried), all electrical appliances stop working, including the REFRIGERATOR. When contacting the reception on this issue, we were offered to put the necessary things in the fridge in the bar. The hotel has absolutely no soundproofing. Since all the windows face the courtyard where the pools and bar are located, there is a problem with the noise coming from the excessively drinking guests with bluetooth speakers and lovers to arrange a karaoke fest with music from the above-mentioned speakers at 2 am. We had the same problem last night. At the beginning of the first, we found a bell-boy, who in this hotel is proudly called the receptionist. They explained the situation, he tried to make a joke and persuade us to go dancing.
Pickup from the hotel was scheduled for 06.35 am, please note. The conversation with the employee began at about 00.30. He kept laughing and trying to retreat, merging with the situation, saying that, probably, our door to the balcony was not closed. We invited him to the room (we lived on the 4th floor) so that he could hear everything personally. They asked to fix the situation. After 30 minutes, nothing has changed. We went to the night receptionist, where we met the aforementioned bell-boy, and explained the situation to him as well. They started talking in Turkish and laughing. They told me to wait another 30 minutes. Nothing had changed, it was impossible to sleep, even with a pillow covering my head. We returned to the reception, where, by a lucky chance, the owner of the hotel showed up. They explained the problem to him. And, lo and behold - he went to each table with drunken guests, where music was playing from the speakers (yes, there were about 3-4 of them, and different music was playing from each speaker) and, what would you think? The music has subsided. For 20 minutes. Then everything resumed. Considering that at that time it was about 2 o'clock in the morning, and it was necessary to get up at half past 6 in the morning, no one went to swear further. But, as they say, the sediment remained.
The conditioner works "on one chord". The airflow direction adjustment does not work, and the speed increase/decrease cannot be changed either. That is, there are buttons on the remote control, and the air conditioner emits a sound signal when you press them. But that's all you get. Perhaps you can change the temperature of the supplied air, but we immediately set it to 18 degrees and did not change it. On the other hand, it's good that it worked at all, unlike the TV. We didn’t need the latter, so we didn’t contact the reception.
Special thanks to the maid. Golden woman.
There was also contact with a plumber. The door in the shower cabin broke, roughly speaking, flew off the fixtures. And water began to drip from the ceiling in the bathroom. We left the application in the evening. The plumber came the next morning. We went to the sea and, of course, did not stay to control and contemplate his work. Returning in the afternoon, we saw that he had simply hung the cabin door upside down. And the water from the ceiling continued to drip. Submitted a request again. With the door, everything remained the same, but the water stopped dripping.
The food is varied. Not to say that "super-delicious, I want more", but not the worst nightmare of a gourmet. For an average such 4. Tasty, satisfying, ordinary. Alcohol is served only in the bar on site, in the bar on the beach - juices, water, etc. The bartenders are cheerful and friendly.
Animation was both children's and adult. But we went to the sea in the evenings, respectively, we did not find the evening animation. During the day there was exercise, water polo, water aerobics.
We went to Alanya twice: to the mall and to the shopping arcade, to the port, to the observation deck, in general, to take a walk. Public transport runs normally, the fare is 5 liras per person. Drivers tell you where to get off, whether the bus is going in your direction, etc.
There was also a problem with buying a local SIM card. Tariffs for roaming at my operator do not differ in favorable conditions. In the areas adjacent to the hotel, the minimum cost of a SIM card with 20 GB of Internet was $25. Less than 20 GB, as local sellers said, no. But this, of course, is not the question of the hotel.
The pool is clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. All 4 pools are slightly separated from each other. The hill worked from 11:00 to 12:00. Too bad the pool closed at 7pm. Fans of swimming and diving at night were left with the option of the sea. The water in the sea was clean 80% of the time, warm, sometimes there were waves (which, of course, was a big plus)).
In general, we were satisfied with the rest. I personally could recommend the hotel to acquaintances or friends with small reservations and nuances. For the money, this is probably the best option you can get.
First we showed the fig number, we were outraged - got a good standard) No Wi-Fi ($ 3 per day).
Food norms, fruit choices are scarce!
The beach is 30 meters away, clean with sunbeds and umbrellas! The pool is big, warm, the sunbeds are often busy! The bar is open until two in the morning, beer vodka, crayfish, foam colada, baylis, everything is there, there are almost no queues at the bar!
In general, the norms of 4 *.
