Upon arrival at the reception, they offered a family room for a surcharge of $ 20, but on the 8th floor, while we went to look, we waited for the elevator for a very long time up and down for about 10 minutes, as a result, this option did not suit us, they gave us the keys to 143 standard rooms, the room was located on the 4th floor, but in fact it is the 5th floor, there is no elevator, according to them there are no other rooms, my grandmother is a pensioner with me, no one helped to lift the suitcases, they themselves barely understood.

Further, the room is quite normal, old, but clean.
The time has come for dinner, if we compare that that year we flew to the three-star hotel Sanvera * 3, here even for 3 stars the food does not pull a maximum of 2 + *
I do not advise this hotel on the third day, I already want to run away from here!

I chose the hotel based on reviews (unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the postscript "We weren't hungry"). They settled normally, however, I had to pay extra so that they would not be driven to the 9th floor, they settled on the 3rd. There are no complaints about the room, a bedroom, a living room-kitchen, a chic balcony.

But the food, there was practically no choice because of the quarantine or not, the waiters poured food for us with such a look that the piece didn’t go down the throat, it’s unrealistic to ask for an addition - “You already took... ”. The sweet table in general tears 3-4 types of biscuits and EVERYTHING, fruits at the height of the season - melon, apple, plum, all the time they gave grapes and a couple of times tangerines, there was no Turkish Friday, there was no animation.
There is only one conclusion: as a hotel - good, and the location, and the rooms, as ALL INCLUSIVE - NOT suitable AT ALL.

We liked everything. Cozy small, rather modest and quiet city-type hotel. We chose such a hotel, it was important for us that the hotel was located in the city. We wanted to see Alanya and Cleopatra Beach. First of all, we went to rest in the city and on the beach, and we needed a hotel to spend the night, take a shower and eat.

We didn't have time to sit in the hotel. There are definitely places to spend time in Alanya)
The food at the hotel is not bad, but we were not hungry. The food is quite tasty. Meat or fish were daily for lunch and dinner. There were grilled dishes.
The hotel is being monitored. It is noticeable that in Margarita they are worried about their image. Cleaning is regular. The staff is pleasant, friendly, almost everyone understands Russian. Our room was 221, spacious, clean, with a kitchenette, TV and a balcony.
There are plenty of wardrobes for placing clothes in the room. The furniture is simple but in good condition. There were no problems with the number, although I think if something was wrong, we would have been helped.
The hotel area is small. Ten minutes walk to the sea, not close, but not far. Near cafes, shops, market.
Wi-fi in the room catches, although not always, we had enough.
I definitely recommend the hotel. We will most likely return to Margarita again if we choose Alanya for our vacation.
Those who prefer a hotel holiday should probably look for another hotel. For those who do not intend to spend all the time in the hotel, I think the conditions offered by Margarita will be enough.

The hotel was selected by rating. Check-in was until 12 noon. Double room with a kitchen and a huge balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. A tile with two burners. Refrigerator in working order. The location is very good. The city market is located 200 meters away, Cleopatra beach is about 10 minutes walk. The food is almost varied.

Beer in the Tuborg bar is significantly inferior to Ephesus. The staff is responsive. Of the minuses. It is not clear why take 10 USD for the remote control from the air conditioner, if then the deposit is returned. We did not swim in the pools, but one of them requires cleaning the pebbles.

I want to write about what you should pay attention to when choosing this hotel. 1. it is far from the sea and you will have to cross the road more than once (among the Turks it is considered bad form to let pedestrians pass at pedestrian crossings) 2. the beach is very beautiful. Even from other hotels that have their own beaches, people come to Cleopatra Beach.

1. it is far from the sea and you will have to cross the road more than once (among the Turks it is considered bad form to let pedestrians pass at pedestrian crossings)
2. the beach is very beautiful. Even from other hotels that have their own beaches, people come to Cleopatra Beach. But there are nuances: you will have to bring a snack and drink with you, umbrellas and sunbeds are paid (2 sunbeds and an umbrella cost $ 7, one umbrella 5-6 lira, 1 dollar = 3.5 lira) They say that prices change depending on the season.
3. the rooms are spacious, with everything you need and even more, BUT the air conditioner is only in one room, and those who will sleep in the second will suffer from the heat.
4. nutrition: meat-eaters will find it difficult. Vegetarians will be delighted.
5. not enough snacks. Only children are given ice cream from 16.00 to 17.00.
6. there is no animation and never.
7. Excursions on the street are cheaper than those offered by a guide at the hotel.
8. Internet catches not everywhere and not always, you can send a message, but on a good day and in a good place, you will send photos.
9. family hotel - 90% of families with children. Bachelor companies, do not go there - ruin your vacation, and the administration and guides will not let you spoil the rest of the rest (they can evict you))))
