VERY !! ! friendly, helpful staff except for Lilia, she is unfriendly, did not consider it necessary to greet vacationers, did not see her practically smiling, the manner of conversation when you turn to her about something, to put it mildly, jarred, she always has no time (the main reasons she feeds her children, or eats on her own), always makes it clear that she is tired of everything. If you want to lose weight, then this hotel is for you, the food is scarce, monotonous, several times they literally imposed dishes for lunch and dinner (there was no buffet at all). Sweets are rarely served, meat even less often. Often lunches, dinners and breakfasts were prepared 20 minutes late. Food is scarce, so if you're late, you might end up hungry. . Cleaning is not done at all, at first they left the keys twice (the cleaner was cleaning), the third time they did not wait, Lily was asked to help several times, but to no avail. Cleaning was done poorly, if you do not throw bed linen and towels on the floor, then no one will change them for you. Towels don't wash well so bring your own. In the end, we were so tired of running after Lilia (she only knows Russian) that we ourselves began to clean the room, since all the inventory of the cleaning lady was on the 5th floor (next to our room). The elevator often did not work, I had to go up to the 5th floor, it's hard because it's very, very hot. The electricity goes out frequently and the air conditioners don't work well. Walk 150 meters to the beach (ten minutes), the beach is clean, there are no complaints. Drinks at the bar are very expensive, so take a drink to the beach either from the hotel or buy it in a store on the way to the beach (half the price). You need to take a rope with you so that you can dry the washed laundry on the balcony. The director of the hotel really behaves very obsessively with young girls, hunting : ))) goes to the hotel beach (to tell the truth, it was a pleasure for us) because it was funny to watch from the side how idiotically he looked, seems preoccupied and not at all knows how to take care of girls. In general, the hotel has 3 problems: 1. Cleaning. 2. Electricity. 3. Elevator. Of course, they may object to me that cheapness and nothing they say will be lamented, but! mind you, it is written not about pampering, but about the elementary, about where, with good leadership, everything could function from these three problematic points. We went on an excursion "Alanya City + Fortress + Damula Tash + yacht + shops, we were delighted! We visited the ancient pool with sea water Alanya, the trick is that the park has a sea pool with the scenery of a sunken city, sea fish swim in it, they give out mask and swim as much as you like and admire the beauty. I liked it very much in this park, there are also stingrays, sharks, a mini zoo, a show with dolphins. The food is delicious, even a drink is included in lunch (usually this is extremely rarely done).
