Good afternoon, a few days ago we returned from the Canaktepe hotel in Alanya, I never wrote reviews, but then I decided it was simply necessary. After a 3-hour flight, it took exactly 3.5 hours to get to the hotel, it was very tiring, the transfer bus was very old, the air conditioners dripped and barely worked at last got to the hotel. They gave the room with a non-working mini-bar and the TV also didn’t work. They told the sunrise tour guide Alexei about this, he answered us if we went to 5 stars, everything would work there, we contacted the reception with the same question after 4 days or 5 everything was fixed. The air conditioner works according to a schedule that only the hotel manager knows, sometimes they turned off the air conditioner for the whole night. Cleaning the room every day is normal, every 3 days they take dirty towels and put new ones in. The food is so-so not varied, there was no fish once, fruit plum every day.
The waiters are terrible, you will sit in dirty dishes until you call 10 times. The sea is 20 minutes to go to it.
