Especially for those who believe that the main thing in rest is proximity to the sea and a convenient location near the city center, and the hotel is just a place where you can spend the night, and it is better to book excursions with the money saved. I used to think so too, until I got to this hotel. Staying at this hotel will spoil your entire holiday experience, even if you stay in it only during dinner and lunch and only spend the night.

I'll start in order.

My friends and I bought an inexpensive tour and, in principle, we were ready for the fact that it would be simple rooms, poor food, etc.

Arriving there late in the evening, we were quickly settled and we, joyful and satisfied, went to the sea on the first evening it was difficult to assess all the advantages and disadvantages, it all started the next day.

So:

1. Lack of hot water in the morning, in the evening and at night, barely warm water flowed during the day

2. The All included system on which the hotel operates is more than strange. i. e.
it actually doesn't exist. The owners of the hotel actually decide whether to pour you a beer or not, the cheapest warm beer may not be poured at any time - in the morning, afternoon, evening. To the question - "why" - the bartender will say that "OH" (the owner of the hotel or his sons) said so. That is, HE decides for you, and if you drank 2 glasses of 0.3 warm, tasteless beer, the third person may not pour it. Same thing with vodka and gin, although we didn't drink much of it. Even fanta and sprite were not poured sometimes. The hotel staff is generally friendly, but they follow all the commands of their bosses. The food is also very poor, although in theory it corresponds to the level of 2 stars, you won’t die of hunger, of course, but it’s hard to eat. You don't have to get up for breakfast - except for eggs and flying flies you won't see anything there. For lunch and dinner every day the same salads, if you eat hot - then there is no choice - in fact, one dish, consisting of 3 components (pasta, eggplant / zucchini and soy cutlets).
For a week, meat and fish was once (one variety).

3. The boorish attitude of the hotel owners does not end with their All Included system of their own design. The manager of the rental office came to us, it was necessary to sign the documents and pick up the car. We sat down at a table in the bar of our hotel, the owner's son Yakub runs up, says something rudely in Turkish to the manager, actually sending him obscenities, because he should not be touched at all. As I later learned from the rental manager, he had not heard such rudeness for a long time. In 2 words - Yakub drove him away and threatened him so that he would no longer meddle here if he did not want problems, here, like, you can only book through ODEON tours. I'm sorry, but why? We went and arranged everything in another cafe, but the mood was pretty spoiled

4.

Other hotel guests who rested with us told about the incident, how a friend came to them, sat down at a table in a bar, bought him a beer in a bottle, and drank free themselves. So after that the bartender suffered, he was scolded and fined - although there was no violation

5. After one of the guests decided to complain to the hotel guide about the actions of the staff, he was immediately evicted from the hotel and offered to move to another hotel (which is 30 km away) at his own expense by taxi

6. A particularly distinguished character of this hotel, which I have already mentioned, is Yakub, who simply provokes a fight, points his finger, yells at the hotel guests in his own language, clearly something bad, while, as we later found out, he understands Russian perfectly .

In general, this hotel is not worth even a very cheap tour, take pity on your nerves
