When we checked into the hotel, we were put in the most terrible room, it was small, dirty, the shower, TV and air conditioning did not work in our room, the tiles on the floor were broken! When we asked to be moved to another room at the reception, they said that there were no available rooms. After long conversations with the tour operator, they agreed to give us a normal number. Food !!! ! It's not just horror - it's slop, it feels like they are feeding dogs, not people. I had an upset stomach, my boyfriend started vomiting. I can understand that the hotel is not the best, but such food is tin!! ! There is no entertainment.
