Upon arrival at the hotel at night, we were denied check-in, they gave us a piece of paper on which the reason was written in Russian - Due to the transfer of the flight and late check-out, there are no rooms available. At the reception insistently insisted on settling for 1 night in another hotel in the neighborhood, and the next day they promised to settle.
Of course, we were not happy with such a greeting, we were very upset, we were taking our parents to rest, they wanted to show hospitable Turkey, but here it is... Naturally, there was no other way out, we had to agree to another hotel. And the hotel is a lower class, dirty, the rooms are old, there was little pleasant.
The next day we were settled, they gave us a free safe and Wi-Fi as compensation, I'm not a conflict person, but after the scandal at not checking in, the hotel staff who met us on the first night smiled with a sly smile, which also left its mark on the impression of hotel.

And no one was going to apologize for such a settlement, only after we complained to the guide, we remembered that we should apologize...
Otherwise, the food is delicious, there is a choice, there is not much variety, but there is plenty to choose from.
There is no animation in the hotel, the pool is small, the sea is within walking distance - a good Cleopatra beach, with a wide coastline.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels were not changed, probably affected by over-booking ((
