We dealt with the SANMAR guide the next day, and... got our numbers. It actually happened at 3:00 pm. 2 days passed in anticipation and swearing with the staff. Staff - 2 points. Nobody wants to talk, everyone is doing their own thing, namely their own, i. e. I do what I want. The guests, to put it mildly, they do not care. The bartender drinks not only tea, but what is "hot" while serving guests. Beach - that's the beach, I don't even know what to put. There is no such score to rate the beach. The territory of the hotel is a nickel of the earth. The pool on this patch is a patch. In short, if you want to quarrel, throw out adrenaline - there you are and the road.
I want to say separately about the travel agency in the city of Vidnoe. "Great" staff. We changed the hotel 3 times in 3 hours, with a paid tour. Departure also change. Thank God - they gave the money. No information was given about the hotel at all. So draw your own conclusions - 3 stars is practically a hotel from the time of the writer Nikolai Gogol.
