We took vouchers in the last days before departure and the tour operator, citing that there is nothing else, offered this hotel. Reviews looked right in the office of the travel agency. And overall they were good. For 2vz + 2children they gave 1100tr. This is our first trip abroad.
Let's start with the fact that we arrived at night at 23h. The bus went for 3 hours (until everyone weighed), the children were very tired, worn out, exhausted. We were given a room in building B on the 6th floor. There was a double bed and two single beds. We were lucky, I think, judging by other reviews. The room was cleaned every day (washed the floor, wiped the tables, took away the trash). They left a tip of $ 1 - they made swans with roses for several days. Linen was not changed, towels too. The room itself is shabby, the cornice has fallen off, there is a hole in the front door (well, not through), the bathtub was leaking so that after you wash the whole floor is damp, at least swim. But there was a drain on the floor and no one complained from the 5th floor, and we scored on it. By the way, on the last day the elevator broke down there and we had to stomp on foot. The hotel has three blocks: A, B and C - Anex. NEVER TAKE ANEKS. It is located far away and everything is bad there, everyone runs to the reception, complains, asks to be relocated, but not everyone satisfies the request.
Food. The food is good, a little spicy hot food, but this is not for everyone. You won't leave hungry. But I was very ashamed and unpleasant for the rest. People from greed gathered food as if they were stocking up for a month. Naturally, they did not finish anything, and the waiters threw out full untouched plates afterwards. Personally, it happened to me like this - they make very tasty cakes, for which there is always a queue and there is always a shortage. And then, next to the table, people took a full plate (we didn’t have enough of these cakes) and left it full for throwing away. WHY BE SUCH SHAPERS, PEOPLE? HOW WE GOT OUT OF THE FOREST! It was also unpleasant: despite the fact that chairs with fabric trim, many individuals come with a damp ass after the sea / pool and score that after them others cannot sit and eat. This is how our tourists are brought up.

Pools are clean, cleaned in the morning with special equipment late at night or early in the morning. They are open from 9.00 to 19.00. Our already "favorite" tenants occupy sunbeds in the morning, spreading a towel, and come at best after dinner. By the way, I want to note that there is no smoking area. You can relax on a lounger and next to you there will be a person who will constantly smoke. And you won’t leave, since all the places are occupied, and you won’t ask him to refrain from smoking for the time being, because everything is allowed here. The kids liked the slides.
Sea. Small pebbles (almost sand). Sunset in the sea next to the hotel - sawn slabs, so everyone is there. But if you swim a little further, it's great. We didn’t buy special slippers, because we simply didn’t swim where the stoves were (they cost from 6-10 dollars). Cafe next to the sea, did not use their services. The shower is cold after the sea. The beach is clean (no debris, broken glass, etc. ). Sunbeds are occupied early in the morning or they don’t take their towels at all, they lie there around the clock. But we were located closer to the sea so that we could see things when we were swimming.
The city itself is friendly, there are many cafes, restaurants, shops. They went to the market. Everything is more expensive there than in the same shops in the city. You have to be able to bargain. Prices are going up WOW! The only purchase that made me happy was a cherry for 5 lira, i. e. for about 50 rubles. Large, tasty, juicy, we have this will cost 250 rubles or more. We bought goods at the local Migros store with an ordinary Sber card (not MIR), where there were only rubles. They somehow converted everything there, so it was convenient. They also changed dollars and euros. That is, the change was given in lira. The prices are the same as in Russia.
I want to pay special attention to the guide Vladislav Moskalyuk. Extremely arrogant and incompetent person. How does he work there. He treats people as if we are his subordinates and everyone "musts and owes" to him. He ruffled the nerves of us and some other tourists during the check-in. Nothing can be clarified with him, there is only one answer (in a rude tone): "I said everything on the first day. "
Conclusion: the second time we definitely will not go here. If at the price of only Klas Dom you get it and you are only interested in the sea, then you can be patient. In principle, sleep, eat and swim to your health.
