We have been to this hotel before and were very pleased. But this year we were disappointed! At the reception they are engaged in requisitions, specially settled in a worse room, and then I change for a "small surcharge", and in a slightly better room, they settled only in a bungalow, they asked for a large surcharge in the main building, the woman at the reception is quite brazenly doing it! The food is much worse than before, it is very hot in the dining room and on the veranda, it is simply impossible to eat, there are no air conditioners, fans, for some reason they do not turn on on the veranda. The waiters are all new, they do not know the Russian language, they are not kind and not attentive. Previously, the staff was just awesome.
And one more problem. I have nothing against the Turks, but I really wanted a relaxing holiday, but it turned out to be some kind of nightmare, though only in recent days. Companies of teenagers behave impudently, not paying attention to anyone. Raging in the pools playing ball with the gate, in general, the pools have become inaccessible. Noise,
the cry is unbearable. Children also rush around the territory, do what they want, completely neglected, their parents were not even close. They wipe themselves with other people's towels, sit on other people's sun loungers, both adults and children. The restaurant has the same atmosphere. In general, horror. So I think that the hotel is not the same at all. I won't recommend it to anyone!
