After we went to the hammam and sauna they are a free service as the hotel is all inclusive, we were seen at the entrance as soon as we entered the sauna the lights are off, we went to find out we were told what happens, we went hours later to the reception to find out we were told that they themselves have nothing to do with them. The food we were not hungry, but very often repeated would like to be more varied. Polite bartenders got alcohol in politeness.
