The beach is terrible. Stones. Only. But if you walk along the coast, you can find a beach where you can swim. Nobody scolds for it.
There are no lifeguards on the beach. Swimming during waves is not recommended. Pulls into the sea strongly.
5 * is still cool to say. 4* no more.
The rooms are normal, only they all have one problem - the sinks are clogged. And we have not yet closed the balcony door, and we lived on the 1st floor. Come take whatever you want. After repeated trips to the Reception all the same done.
There are practically no rooms with a view of the sea and the territory of the hotel. They did not want to change our room even for money.
But there is a pleasant surprise, when we were resting, it turned out that on the 7th floor there were deluxe rooms completely empty. Even the doors were open. You can stay overnight there if you wish.

Drinks were not diluted. Nicely. Poured around the clock, the bar is not kicked out. The food did not differ in variety, from meat chicken in all its manifestations and something like our herring.
There are enough fruits and sweets . . We did not regret it.
There was no animation. For a hotel of 1400 people, the animation of 4 people is not enough.
Mostly Ukrainians, Russians and Belarusians rested in the hotel.
The staff is friendly except for those at the reception.
I really liked the SPA salon. If they offer to go to HAMAM outside the hotel (it's a 5-minute walk), do not agree. In the SPA salon they do better, longer and more pleasant. . .
We were in HAMAM 2 years ago, so there is something to compare. . .
For shopping, go only to Alanya by minibus. And it’s cheaper to buy and better quality than in the market in the village...
Don't settle for shopping. They will take you to the shops agreed with the travel agency. It’s expensive there and you won’t buy anything and lose half a day.
