Check-in: arrived at about 11.00 immediately gave $ 20 at the reception, settled in half an hour. Room with side sea view. The room is excellent, new, everything works, the air conditioner was set at 26 ° for the night and there was a minimum of airflow, otherwise it would freeze, but without air conditioning it is hot at night. In the refrigerator 2 forfeits, 2 cola, 2 beer, 2 mineral water, 2 juice, 2 water. Replenished daily, but once forgotten, we reminded the maid - refilled. The bars are full of bottled water. There is a kettle in the room, coffee, tea, sugar. The TV is big, but I didn't like that the Ukrainian channels were inactive. There is a free safe, in the bathroom there is a toilet with a bidet function, a shower with different watering cans, a hairdryer. In dispensers shower gel, soap, separate bottles of shampoo, conditioner, ear sticks, needle threads, caps, washcloths. Replenished not regularly, in the shower, the dispenser was empty, they forgot to put all the towels once, you have to speak personally to the maids. Every day they left a dollar on the bed, but swans are not twisted from towels), as in Egypt. Towels are changed every day, it is stated that bed linen is changed every three days, we were not changed for six days until they wrote on a piece of paper to change linen and put a dollar under the bottom. Having gone down, at the reception they said that linen was not changed to the representative of the Victoria Hotel a pleasant woman, quickly responded to all our requests, immediately called back and the linen was changed.
My daughter, 9 years old, liked the children's room and slides, it was impossible to drive into the sea from the slides. Children's animators are good, they try, they are Russian-speaking, my daughter constantly ran to them for various entertainments. The adult program is also good, different competitions by the pools during the day. I liked overcoming inflatable obstacles in the pool. In the evening, constantly new shows in the amphitheater, with modern lighting equipment, various groups perform. A foam disco by the pool with a flyboard and blazers dancing in the beams of spotlights and colorful smoke.

Drinks: there is Absolute, Chivas, Ballantines, brut champagne, white, rose, red wine, cocktails, mojitos, beer. They poured everything, at the request of full glasses, so that they wouldn’t notice the fake alcohol, the taste and the bottles look original. Sometimes they gave a dollar for serving personally and bringing alcohol at the lobby bar. There are friendly, attentive waiters.
In terms of nutrition, everything is excellent, tasty, varied, fresh, they have never been poisoned, although they ate very densely. There was sushi once, but we didn’t try it after picking up food, we thought the next day, but we didn’t cook anymore. There is squeezed orange juice. Coffee from the machine, good coffee beans in the patisserie. Bananas, grapes, oranges, watermelons, melons, plums, apples, pears, limes. Lukum, halva, peanuts, figs, various kinds of honey and combs, sweets, waffles, baklava, pastries, cakes are full. Fish, meat, often mussels. Cheeses are different, it was moldy. During the day you can eat in different restaurants. From the a la carte were in the fish, 10 euros for adults and 5 children's entrance. Sea: expected the worst, according to some reviews. The sea is clean, near the shore the waves raise sand and algae from the bottom, the water is muddy, but going a little deeper, everything is clean and pleasant, there is sand at the bottom, I tried to snorkel along the breakwater, there are some fish, of course not Charm, but snorkel for a change can. They were afraid that the water in the sea would be polluted by a stream that flows into the sea near the hotel, but a long 400 meters breakwater separates it and the water is clean. There are enough sun loungers on the beach, all new, the sand is dark.
There is a jacuzzi on the main pool and an infinity pool at the top. It is desirable that the pools be cleaned more often, vacationers leave glasses and garbage behind, although it is possible that the hotel is very busy and the staff does not have time, and people could be more careful.

From the sea to the hotel there is a tunnel under the road, but there is no discomfort at all, you pass quickly, in the evening the tunnel is lit with neon garlands.
At the exit to the pool there are several shops with souvenirs and clothes, the staff is unobtrusive, but if to the left of the exit in the gift shop there are sellers from God, friendly, with a smile, they offer goods, immediately make discounts and give gifts for the purchase, then on the right, in the store where the summer clothes, a bored bearded salesman began to be rude to my wife because she did not buy goods and said that we should not go to probably the only store in the Universe. Although we communicated with him without any rudeness and rudeness. I think that such a seller, with his attitude towards the guests of such a good hotel, spoils the positive aura and is not worthy to be present at the hotel.
