We stayed at the hotel in the spring of 2019. We arrived on the 1st day of the opening season of the hotel. At the reception I met a very polite and smiling boy (unfortunately I don’t remember his name). We were immediately sent for lunch, because we arrived 15 minutes before the end of lunch. After that, they immediately settled in a good room, without any additional payments and persuasion. Our room was on the 2nd floor 2707 overlooking the garden. A wonderful mood in the morning was delivered by the singing of birds when the door to the balcony was opened. Good furniture, clean bed. Cleaning daily, change of towels on request. Shampoo, shower gel, caps, bar soap, it was all there. The only nuance of the room, we lived with komashki in the bathroom. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, clean, green!! ! Meals: they cook delicious, varied, not very greasy, without an abundance of spices. Of the fruits were apples, bananas, oranges, pears, strawberries. Very tasty pastries! A huge selection of dry breakfasts, which I have not seen before, is a variety of seeds, raisins, poppy seeds, dry mulberries for breakfast! Seafood was a little lacking. But when visiting a fish restaurant (1 time for free during the stay), they were treated to slightly different dishes, including. and shrimp, squid. The difference between the menu in the fish restaurant and the main one was very pleasing. Drinks are standard: locally produced alcohol, unnatural juices, similar to yupi. When the hotel was full, queues began to form during the day at the bar for drinks, in the evening at dinner at the barbecue. I want to note the change in the concept of the hotel this year for the better: change of beach towels for free, ice cream for dinner for free, free safe in the room, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Separately, I want to note the animator Olga, a very sincere, cheerful, hospitable girl. Every day she inquired about the quality of our vacation and in every possible way influenced its changes for the better. Animation for adults is rather weak, although there was also water polo, and shooting from air rifles, darts, the evening disco ended at 23.00))) But, basically, they entertained themselves. Turkish night was marked by a concert (dancing). Children's animation: the child disappeared for days in a mini club, it was problematic to get her out of there: they painted, played darts, put aqua makeup on their faces, and what surprised me sooooo much, they played minigolf !!! ! Evening mini-disco is monotonous, like everywhere else but my daughter was happy. Homam is positioned free, but when visiting it without a paid massage, they tried in every possible way to expel us, motivating for various reasons (once they assured that the stone was broken))) This misunderstanding was resolved. In general, all the staff are very attentive and smiling. Not one of our requests was left without consideration and decision. I want to note our guide, Kemal, very unobtrusive. He answered all questions, gave recommendations on independent trips, asked about our intentions on excursions, but did not impose anything !!! ! For which special thanks to him! A very interesting contingent of vacationers: most of the Russians, there are Germans, Poles, Ukrainians, and everything is "on the positive", sociable. The rest went "with a bang", the impressions should be enough for a long time! I recommend this hotel for families with children!
