The hotel area is compact and excellent: a nice garden with various trees, an alley of roses, shady areas, where to sit in the shade of trees, a playground for children, a mini zoo with ducks, geese, chickens and peacocks (1 male and 2 females), there is a darts , big chess, table tennis (with excellent rackets), I liked the pool consisting of 3 sections: for kids 35 cm deep, for children 85 cm deep, and a large adult from 1.35m to 2.20m. The pool has new sun loungers, mattresses and umbrellas. Very pleasing to the eye.
The hotel has been redecorated, everything is clean, the rooms are small standard with individual air conditioners. The bathroom has a hairdryer, soap and shampoos are laid out, but only toilet paper was replenished in a week (however, we did not ask for shampoos and we did not run out of them, we prefer our own). Minus - a shower with a curtain, which practically does not protect the bathroom from filling with water while taking a shower, but sticks to the body; it was in our bathroom that there was a problem with the toilet cistern - it constantly leaked, the staff unsuccessfully tried to eliminate the cause, but nothing came of it - well, there is no normal plumber capable of insulating a bad joint, they could regulate the flood only by completely switching the water supply to the toilet cistern. We just threw used towels on the floor so that the water was absorbed, and walked in shales. The rooms have individual air conditioners, the area of the room is small, but it is quite enough for 2 people to spend the night, we moved the beds ourselves, and someone had to arrange them. The TV catches a Russian channel. The view from the room didn’t matter much to us, our windows overlooked the main street, part of the garden and the mountains (the view was beautiful, the noise from the cars didn’t interfere, and on weekends the sounds of a street loudspeaker were heard - a real Turkish night without leaving the room, everything was silent after 23-00h). All rooms with balconies, on the balcony there is a plastic chair and a dryer. Rooms are cleaned daily and quite decent, figures are made from towels without a tip, but they don’t change linen and towels voluntarily - you need to ask, which we did (of course, towels are changed from the floor without asking). In May, there were quite cold nights - we had to look like a receptionist for blankets.
Both in the rooms and at the reception there are safes, the cost is $ 1 / day, a very reasonable price! At the reception there is wi-fi with a password.

On our beach there is a lifeguard tower that constantly broadcasts about the possibility of swimming or dangerous waves. The beach is large, spacious, there are always enough sunbeds and tables, but the mattresses are old and there are fewer umbrellas than we would like, there are few trash cans, which is stressful for our person, because they litter without getting up from the sunbeds! The beach has a foot wash, indoor changing rooms and showers. By the end of May, the beach fight began to clean up on the beach, but he brings mattresses and umbrellas only for the Germans (there are very few burgers in the hotel), the rest did not grow up with his stepmother - they take all the equipment themselves. The beach is gray sand, there is a good volleyball court. Entry into the sea is pebble, but you can do without special slippers, although it is more convenient with them. The passage in the center between two natural plates of sufficient width, God forbid, hit the plates during the waves. There are water attractions near our beach. A huge beach strip, on one side you can see the mountain with the famous tower of Alanya, on the other, and I think the mountain on which the Utopia hotel is located is not closer.
The food at the hotel is more than modest, the level of the hotel is fully justified here (previously we were in the top three with the common infrastructure of the four - there is no comparison). You won't leave hungry, but the choice is very small, the men definitely don't have enough meat, they didn't cook fish during the week of their stay at the hotel. Breakfast is very modest. Lunches are rather weak, sometimes the main dish is only soy. We liked dinner. Every day the chef prepares different dishes from chicken, there was beef. Type meat dishes are superimposed in portions by the chef himself, but he is a good person and may well put as much as needed: I even asked for less, and my husband took a double chicken. The choice of fruits was limited to oranges, apples and green plums (you need to be able to eat it - an excellent snack for cancer (Turkish vodka) - cut in half, peeled and salted). From sweet, simple soaked cakes 2 at most 3 types and only in the evening, and mousse for lunch. Snack at the bar - cookies, cupcakes.
All drinks in the bar and restaurant are poured strictly into glass containers: glasses, glasses, which is very nice, no plastic reusable or underfilled portions!
But the energy savings are felt everywhere. For the first time we encountered this without finding boiling water at night, then we managed to visit the Turkish bath at the hotel, getting into the sauna with heating + 60 ° C, and after it on a cold stone, hot tea in the sauna could not be offered to us due to the lack of an electric kettle - only water or cold drinks!
