I'll start in order: 1. Transfer. We flew from the Biblioglobus travel agency, but Kilit Global met us at the airport and they were with us throughout the vacation. We drove 2.5 hours from the airport. On the way we made one stop for rest (to go to the toilet, have a snack). 15 minutes were allotted for this. with the guide's words "Please don't be late! " But. . . to our surprise, the guide and the driver were late for 15-20 minutes. That is, our stop lasted more than half an hour. Everyone stood with sleeping children in their arms like fools. And there was no apology from the guide. The driver was driving very slowly (maybe it's good and safe. . . but it bothered us personally, because the road was almost empty). Our hotel was the last one on the list, but luck smiled at us thanks to the driver who got lost in the city of Alanya and brought us to the hotel one of the first))) 2. Hotel. We arrived at 01.30. From the outside, the hotel looked quite decent and at the entrance to the lobby we did not see anything suspicious. . . i. e. at first glance, a normal 4 * hotel. The guide took us to the reception and left. When registering, it became clear that the staff had big problems with the Russian language, they had to speak on their fingers and clumsy English. We got the number 2133, the second building, 3rd floor.......... When they walked along the corridor to the room, there was already a premonition of something bad, because the door frames, carelessly painted blue, caught my eye. Opened the door and....FUCKED.....first from the smell of sewage, then they turned on the light and we were presented with just an oil painting by Repin.....Large room with kitchen and living room. Peeled wallpaper, cracked and dirty ceiling lights in the bedroom, KILLED furniture and paint-stained curtains. A large yellow wardrobe separated the bedroom and living room. The wardrobe doors were once broken (i. e. there was a huge crack, which was, again, inaccurately smeared with putty the color of a child's surprise. The room was originally booked with ONE large bed (I was with my husband), but...... found 2 narrow single beds in different corners and not the first freshness of the bed. It seemed to be clean, but already yellowed from old age. . . the towels were the same. Without thinking twice, we went down to the reception with a request to change the room, but there were no available rooms with one bed. The hotel employee promised to fix everything in the morning. We did not swear, because there was absolutely no strength, no desire. . . Frustrated, they returned to the room and went to bed without hind legs. Waking up in the morning, the first thing they went down to the reception was to find out how things were going with our relocation to another room. We were already met by another employee (a girl who doesn’t “beshelme” in Russian at all and even doesn’t understand anything on her fingers, but only smiles... Somehow they explained our situation to her... she called our hotel guide, whose name was Christina , gave the phone with a hint that, like, figure it out for yourself. Christina listened to us and said "There are very few rooms in this hotel with "FRENCH BEDS" (I would never have thought that a double bed is called that???? ). Available at the moment there are no rooms and only after 3 days maybe they will be able to solve this problem. In general, we moved the beds and lived in this room until we left. . . all 10 days we were haunted by the smell of sewerage and nothing helped from it. . . no open balcony, no deodorant. . . so we tried to be less there. 3. Food. A huge variety of cheeses, cakes, sauces and salads (as they say "I blinded him from what byyyloooooo ???? ") There is practically no meat. soy sausage kebabs (very salty and with a lot of seasonings), very fatty. . . in one word, disgusting. Meatballs are just as awful. Normally cooked from meat only chicken and 2 times we ate beef (like goulash) - quite edible. There were also many fruits: watermelons, oranges, apples and sour cherry plums. 2 types of cream soup.... quite edible, except once (disgusting soup with snotty rice... and tastes like someone has already eaten it). . In general, the choice is large, something tasty, something not so much. . . taste and color, as they say. Drinking will pay special attention! Beer diluted with water (we took beer in the Migros store for comparison and, believe me, the difference is very big !! ! Wine-sourness, both white and red have the same taste. They drank whiskey and cola for almost the entire vacation, and just before leaving, they regretted it very much when they accidentally saw what the bartender was doing. UNDONE ALCOHOL (whiskey) HE POURED into a bottle and then again poured these "leftovers and drool" to the guests!!!!! ! Indeed, why should the good disappear (especially when a German has not drunk enough... a Russian will drink!!! ).....My husband and I almost threw up.....after what they saw, alcohol was taken only in the store. 4. Service. Since my husband and I were abroad for the first time, we have nothing to compare with. . . then, imagine, and the service even for us was terrible. The staff paid all their attention to German and Dutch tourists, no one cared about the Russians. The hotel was a field divided into 2 fronts: Europe and the Slavs (Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians). Each, according to his nation, kept close to his own. Sharing the pool: Europe occupied sunbeds closer to the trees, and the Slavs fried opposite. When my husband and I occupied 2 deck chairs on the side of Europe, the bewildered glances of the Germans rained down in our direction, like "what the hell are you missing here. " Let me tell you about one more unpleasant moment. . . It was dinner time and it was very hot. . My husband and I decided to cool off and have a beer at the bar. There was no shadow anywhere, so the husband, without ulterior motives, began to open the umbrella in order to hide at least a little from the hot sun. The bartender started whistling and yelling in English that "You can't open your umbrella". . . Well. . . it can't be that way.... although the question "Why?! " sat down in my head. . . but they didn't ask. . . Ten minutes later, we understood.... an elderly European comes up to us, takes an umbrella, carries it to his table and.... easy to open!! ! satisfied Germans sat in the shade and there was not a single complaint from the staff !! ! But that's half the trouble.... There were not enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone. Whoever had time, he sat down. It is very difficult to make it in time, even at seven in the morning, because the hotel staff occupied sun loungers for our European friends almost at night, just scattering towels. Beach. . . pebbles/sand. When the tour agent sold us a ticket, he said that the hotel is 20m. from the famous Cleopatra beach. Like this is the coolest beach in Alanya and for this it is worth taking this particular hotel. Seeing the beach, they did not understand what was so good about it, and only two days later we learned the whole truth when we went on an excursion on a pirate ship. It turned out that Cleopatra's beach is located. . . Attention! 6 km from the Grand Uysal! Here is a complete bummer! About cleaning the room. . . cleaned every day. Wifi barely pulls. . . one can say that it is practically non-existent. No animation 20-30 minutes children's disco with the same repertoire, and adult disco is Elvis and some garbage in the European manner. To summarize: Biblio-Globus sold us a ticket to a 4 * hotel with access to Cleopatra Beach. In fact: a 2 * hotel, the beach is unremarkable, the staff go out of their way to please the Europeans (they almost kiss passionately) in general, "ours" are not particularly welcome there. The food is 3+, the alcohol is not only of poor quality, it also goes around in circles: one didn’t finish it, spat there, it goes back into the bottle and pour it again until everyone finishes drinking. . . In general, this hotel is no longer a foot. P. S. never leave a review, even if you didn't like something. But this hotel left the worst impression, the holiday is ruined, so I want to protect everyone who plans to stay there!! ! Thanks for attention!
