Rested in this hotel with a friend and our daughters 5 and 7 years old. The rooms, in principle, are comfortable (we did not live on the first floor) - two rooms suited us very well, the children had their own territory... carpet with old stains, but when we settled in, the room was cleaned, but for 14 days of staying in We didn’t see any more cleanliness in this hotel, we didn’t even take out the garbage !! ! Once I managed to catch cheerful young people who carried drinks to the room and for $ 2 they vacuumed the middle of the room - and thanks for that... The bed linen was finally not changed, only towels, but water and juice were brought to the room properly.
The food, most often, was quite tasty and varied (but to the shame of a five-star hotel they offered soy products), the waiters were always polite, but there were no tablecloths or white napkins... cups, indeed, were often dirty.
"I killed" the toilet on the beach, the toilet did not work, there was water on the floor, there are simply no words... , the beach is large, but you can only enter the sea on a small "patch", having previously driven plastic plates and napkins away from you, or pier, because the rest of the territory is solid stones.

Children's playground under an awning (very convenient), the kids club has always worked, the girls liked to go there.
The animation is an ordinary but very messy scene.
Of course, when you come to rest, you don’t want to swear, and you just close your eyes to many things, which we did regularly. It's not even about the Russian mentality (tipping or not), but if the hotel does not change its attitude towards cleanliness and cleaning, it will simply lose a lot of tourists... but it claims to be 5 *.
