Hotel Gallery Resort 5* WILL NOT BE LIKELY for those for whom it is important: a huge area with large swimming pools, a gentle and pleasant entrance to the sea, a gorgeous view from the window, the availability of infrastructure outside the hotel (where to take a walk), well-trained staff, perfect cleaning in the room, lonely girls and guys looking for new acquaintances, active entertainment and adventure (the hotel does not accept single men! )
The hotel will LOVE those who care about it: a quiet family atmosphere, 1 line from the sea, a compact area where everything is within walking distance, a clean, well-equipped beach, unobtrusive animation, delicious quality food non-stop from morning to evening, comfortable rooms, international contingent vacationers (Germans, Poles, Czechs, Dutch, Ukrainians, Russians…), free wi-fi.

Hotel FAMILY. Couples of different ages, large families: grandmother-grandfather, father-mother-children. No fuss, no queues. Despite the very small territory, there is enough space for everyone, no need to run to occupy something)). Until 9-10 in the morning and after 17.00 on the beach there are few vacationers on the beach and in the sea, relaxation and grace.
The entrance to the SEA from the shore is rocky, it often storms, it hurts to enter the sea! A few meters - and deep. Swimming shoes are highly recommended, children should be supervised in the water, sleeves, vests, tight-fitting circles are recommended. For confident swimmers - no problem - there is an entrance from the pier via a ladder. The lifeguard, who is also the caretaker of the beach, is a kind, pleasant person, he always has order and cleanliness on the beach.
A low bow to the chefs, we are very satisfied with the FOOD (considering that these are relatively modest 5 *). In addition to the three-time buffet, constantly snacks and snacks: pies, cakes, donuts, waffles, everything is fresh, hot; watermelon, corn, ice cream, in the lobby - a confectionery (cakes, baklava, etc. ) I note the cordial attitude of the kitchen workers to the guests - they always smile, communicate, invite to help themselves.
ANIMATION is unobtrusive. Just what you need for a relaxing family holiday! No one pulls by the arms or legs, but if there is a desire to be active, the guys will not let you get bored. Many thanks to Tatyana, classes with her are a chance not to gain extra pounds with such a diet)), a very pleasant and sympathetic girl. Thanks to the whole animation team: Charlie, Pinocchio and the girls - they work like bees, sometimes in the scorching sun. The kids always ran to the mini-club with pleasure.
STANDARD ROOM : cozy, well equipped. The furniture is new. The minibar is full and constantly replenished to the extent of devastation (free of charge). Chips, nuts, water in plastic, mineral water, cola, fanta - in glass. The elevators are excellent. The lobby is nice and cozy. Wi-fi is free throughout.

And about the cons. SETTLEMENT. Issued quickly, but not the fact that in the room that you booked. If you arrive in the evening, the standards may not be enough for you and you will be placed in a small PROMO room on the floor under the roof. And everything would be fine if they apologized and promised to move the next day with the provision of some kind of small bonus (as they do in other hotels). But no, they convinced that a tiny room with practically no balcony under a hot roof and there is a standard room, we had to explain that we are aware of what a standard room looks like and that we insist on providing us with a paid room. The next day in the morning the standard room was provided.
CLEANING in the room is average, towels are always perfectly clean, but the bed was not changed at all.
WAITERS run briskly, clean dishes, change tablecloths, lay out cutlery, but do not expect waiters to come up to you and offer you drinks, we go to the bar for drinks.
Beach towels (by the way, replacement 1 euro) need to be updated urgently! Some are just creepy.
Will I recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances? Yes. If they agree to turn a blind eye to the above indicated disadvantages. The hotel is worth the money.
