I would like to note that I am not one of those types of people "Our Galya is spoiled", I rested in different hotels and 3, and 4, and 5, i. e. there is something to compare with. And my requests to the hotel were always the same: cleanliness, food and everything. I'm going on vacation not to sit in a hotel, but to be at the sea and improve my health. And now my review:
We arrived at the hotel at 11 am. At the reception, we were met by a frightened administrator, who said that your room was occupied and while we put you in another room, it is NOT MUCH worse and double (and we are 3 adults + 1 child), but because we're out of the way OK, let's do it. and here they lead us to those. floor under the pool, past the trash cans, past those. rooms with broken pipes, some steps to our so-called number. When we entered the room, we almost fell: a tiny room with 2 beds + 1 folding bed, 2 pillows and 1 bedspread - that's all! Okay, okay, nothing to do, let's do it. The next day we are informed that because administrator Irina is a day off (I won’t write who it is, there are a lot of people writing about her in the reviews here) we don’t know what to do and we can also put you in a kopeck piece, but the floor above and “supposedly” is better, but tomorrow on Monday we will 100% We will move to the 4-ku on the 5th floor. And again, well, there is nothing to do, the hotel is full, we are moving from the "slums" to the first floor. True, already on Monday, thanks to my husband's duty at the reception, we were nevertheless moved to a good room. This is what I mean, almost everyone is met there like that. Our room on the 5th floor was inhabited by a family that spent 1.5 days in the "slums" in a tiny room. And no $ 5/10/15/20 will help you, you can not give (from your own bitter experience).
Now for the numbers: 1. All rooms are very small; 2. in rooms up to the 3rd floor, the sewage stinks unbearably; 3. all rooms up to the 3rd floor are shabby and in need of REPAIR!! ! 5. But starting from the 4th floor, normal, clean rooms begin. We were in No. 126 (slums), No. 111 on the first floor, No. 514 on the fifth, and on the last day checked out late after paying extra and settled in No. 117 on the first (do not settle for this number for anything, the stink from the sewerage is suffocating).
Cleaning: True, they clean every day, beds are changed 1 time for 2-3 days.
Food: EXCELLENT!! ! for 8 days they gave fish, and chicken, and pork, and lamb, and there was even a kebab. Fruits, vegetables and desserts are plentiful. Everything is very tasty and for every request. There were even steam vegetables, this is for those who are on a diet due to illness.
The dining room itself (you can't call it a restaurant): very few tables! sometimes there was a feeling that you were in a Mac, the tablecloths were really stained, the plastic glasses smelled of chemicals (they have reusable ones).
Service staff: administrator Ira well done!! ! Truth can solve any problem. The guys from the dining room are great, they always clean up the dirty dishes in time, what is missing, they will find it, bring it, special thanks to Emrah - he is a good fellow, and he will talk with the children and cheer up the adults.
Animators: there are none! No, of course they are, but they are not animators. And there is no gymnastics on the beach.
Beach: Dirty!! ! it is not removed at all! excuse me, but on the first day I saw a used condom on the beach near the sunbeds, that says something!! ! cigarette butts, beer cans, fruit bones, candy wrappers, chewing gum, etc. etc.
