Since we were traveling with a child, we chose a hotel for a long time, so that the water park was good, the beach was sandy, entertainment for children, etc. We watched reviews, read reviews and, as a result, settled on EFTALIA OCEAN 5 *. How wrong we were! Yes, as for the water park and the beach, this is a plus, but everything else is a big minus !! ! Believe me, these two pluses are not worth it!! ! If you are a Slav, then get ready for the fact that upon arrival you will be offered for an extra charge, in our case for $ 70, such as a better room. We refused and we were put in a terrible room with a broken refrigerator, mold in the shower and a dirty sofa. Of course, you can be indignant, which we did, but there is no sense in this!

In the rooms do not look for bathrobes, slippers, they are not there. In general, the attitude towards the Slavs is terrible, I have not seen anything like this in any hotel. The Germans were settled in front of us, then the porter escorted them to the room and carried the suitcases, but they threw the key on the counter and that's it.

As for food, there is no variety, if you have any problems with the intestines or stomach, or some kind of dietary restrictions, then you are definitely not here !! ! This is not food, this is compound feed, as for drinks, the same problem, fresh is paid $ 1, and what is called "juices" is water with dyes, this should not be given to children at all, this is not even nectar, which is sold with us. As for alcohol, free beer and don’t understand that it’s a local producer, that you can’t drink at all, the rest is money and not small from 6-10 euros per cocktail! Restaurant "A la carte" is also a scam. They start to sell you wine at a double rate, and at the end of the dinner, this price per bottle rises by another couple of dollars (there was such a situation at the next table).

About cleanliness ....This is not their forte at all! Everything is so dirty!!!!
In the dining room, there is no other way to call it, all the seats are dirty, I have never seen anything like this, in general, all the upholstered furniture in the hotel is very dirty, it must have never been cleaned! On the last day, our flight was rescheduled from evening to early morning, i. e. we left the hotel at night, asked at the reception about the lunch box, they never heard of such a thing. Bottom line: the hotel is by no means 5 stars, a maximum of 4, and because of the dirt, in general, one could put 3. To go or not, of course, you decide, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is not a hotel, this is a dump!!! ! And do not believe any type of "honest reviews" on youtube, we already bought it! Have a good holiday everyone! ))))
