In May 2019, a tour to the Eftalia Aqua hotel was booked through the tour operator Coral Travel. Upon arrival at the hotel, the administrator said that there were no places, that we could complain wherever we wanted, that we could sit in the lobby "until we were blue in the face", but we would not be accommodated. They refused to provide a written refusal to move in. As a result, settled in a hotel located 5 km, which is not equivalent.
My child and I chose the Eftalia Aqua hotel because there is a water park on the territory of the hotel and on the beach, the beach line itself is several kilometers away, there are three more hotels of this system nearby and the beach area is one for all. In fact, I had to spend my vacation in a hotel without territory, with one pool and a beach in the form of a bay for kids. The first three days of vacation, we could take the bus to Eftalia Aqua to the beach. They waited for the bus from 15 minutes to 2 hours, then they announced to us that the rules had changed and we should only sit in the hotel in which we settled.
Three times they called the tour operator's hotline with a request to sort out the situation and settle according to the paid conditions, but to no avail. The Coral Travel guide at the Eftalia Aqua Hotel almost sent everyone obscenities, but also refused to accept the claim. It was useless to understand and try to change the situation. You have no idea how many families have been forcibly resettled in this way. When we were taken to hotels from Eftalia beach, we stopped at 5-7 hotels. Some families quarreled at the hotel reception and with the guide (they can be understood), but they were still not settled, and some were promised relocation in a few days.

I conclude that this is a scam and tourists are cashing in by selling more tours than the hotel can accommodate.
