Это просто ужас! It's just awful!

Not the first time in Turkey, but I saw such stupidity for the first time! In general, we came to this hotel with a friend, 2 more grandmothers and a young couple came with us. Thoughtful grannies gave money to the guy at the reception and they were immediately settled in normal rooms. We waited about two hours until we were settled, although we arrived at 4 pm. The rooms should have been ready by now. But no! As a result, we will be settled in a family room with this couple. Toilet and bathroom turned out one for four! ok th. There was no air conditioning in our room, but there was a TV! and the view from the room was just kapets! to some kind of trash can, literally a meter from our balcony, and we were on the first floor. this guy said that you don’t need to swear with him (otherwise it will be worse) and tomorrow he will resettle us in normal numbers.
well, as you might have guessed, the next morning he did not come, I had to call Pegasus to deal with them. It turns out that this "beautiful" hotel sells more places than it even has! Therefore, people sit and wait for hours at the reception, or even not for hours...
As a result, we were asked to move to another 4 * hotel, we naturally agreed =) and did not regret it =)

By the way, when we were about to leave, by some miracle they had a free room with a wonderful view! They asked to stay, but we sent them.
For such fraud, the hotel was fined 13 thousand dollars.
So I don't recommend going there. Ruin your vacation.
