This year, for the first time, we went on vacation with a child, so when choosing a hotel, we were most interested in infrastructure, service, and, of course, food.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 am. Brought up by constant communication with domestic government agencies, the husband immediately invested 20 dollars. in passports. The receptionist said to come in an hour. An hour later, they asked to wait again, because. a good number is vacated. We were not upset, but changed clothes and went to relax by the pools. The room was worth the wait: bright, spacious, with a modern design and new plumbing. The balcony overlooked the main pool, during the day the door was closed, and the music did not interfere, in the evening the animation took place on the other side. Watching other vacationers, we came to the conclusion that if you pay extra for a good room, then it is better to do it right away, because they are already asking 40-50 dollars for a replacement room.
The food is just excellent. Everything is fresh. Natural meat is always available. There are no drained salads - vegetables and greens are cut, separately 6 types of olives, 2 types of black olives, grated and chopped cheese, separately mayonnaise, butter and lemon sauce, i. e. lettuce is mixed by you yourself. In a previous review, it was written about a salad with pasta and sausage. It is prepared once a week, and it is not necessary to take it, because. besides it, a bunch of vegetables, both fresh and pickled. Sausages, sausages and "ham" are made from soybeans, but this is a problem for all Turkish hotels, regardless of star rating, because. meat in Turkey is very expensive.

In the main restaurant, there are no problems with places during breakfast and lunch, but people come running for dinner in 10 minutes. before the beginning. It was simply amazing when people lined up in front of the entrance to the restaurant, so that later they would line up for food in the same orderly rows. We came to dinner an hour after the start, there were no queues, and there were as many empty seats as you want. Moreover, the food was replenished constantly and there was enough for everyone.
The service is good. The pools are cleaned, the territory is cleaned. But with the cleaning in the rooms is really a problem. The first days of cleaning the room consisted only of taking out the garbage. My husband was tired of this, he approached the cleaner, personally gave a tip, asked to clean better, and the situation improved.
The biggest minus of the hotel, as many wrote, is the location. Firstly, the Avsalara region itself does not shine with beauty (Alanya itself is much more beautiful), and secondly, the hotel is far from being on the second line: the beach, the road, the territory of the Aydinbey Gold Dreams 5 * hotel, an abandoned construction site, and only then MERMAID. If you are going to see the beauty, choose another region, closer to Kemer or the Aegean coast, which is much more beautiful.
As a conclusion. If you are traveling with children, you will definitely like this hotel. Our daughter, she is 5 years old, is delighted and wants more.
