Hello! I'll try to be constructive. Pros: budget, price-quality, respectively, the rooms are clean, cleaning every day, air conditioning works, the staff is friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator in the room upon arrival: by the evening this shortcoming was corrected. Sea, mountains, beautiful pier with sunbeds and umbrellas, wonderful weather, close distance to Alanya and its attractions. The quality control staff and the bartenders guys work great. Special thanks to Camilla and manager Muslim for their help in all matters. The beach bar turns into an a la carte (fish) restaurant in the evenings. Served delicious baked sea bass with herbs and vegetable salad + drinks. There is animation for children, in the evenings there are various activities for adults. But I can’t say anything about them, because. I don't like noisy events. Cons: The hotel is old and needs renovation. Towels in the room were not changed (requested, but to no avail) despite daily cleaning. Wifi catches only at the reception. The food is very monotonous: the menu consists of one type of fish (mackerel), two or three meat dishes, two or three types of side dishes, 2 types of soup. Of the fruits, only watermelon, melon, apples. Several types of pastries. Well, tea bags, coffee from the machine and local liquor. Beach towels (it is not clear why) can be taken free of charge only from 8 to 10 am and handed over from 18 to 20. The rest of the time, for a fee. Huge queues for food, often something was missing. Greens periodically came across unwashed. The main contingent of vacationers are Turks. The kitchen staff is clearly not enough. In general, I’ll say on my own that we, as budget tourists, didn’t count on more, but I wouldn’t want to return here. It is clear that the hotel is trying its best. But at the same time it saves on staff. It's a pity. Although for me personally the main thing is the beautiful sea, nature and I got it. I thank God and everyone who contributed to this!
