My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff for providing a wonderful, comfortable stay. All staff, from top managers to beach cleaners, gardeners, security guards, etc. , worked almost non-stop around the clock in the terrible heat. And at the same time everyone was very friendly, helpful, hospitable. The work at the hotel is organized very professionally (everyone clearly knows their duties and performs them conscientiously). There are a lot of staff, the owners do not save on this. I liked everything: food (a huge selection of delicious dishes for every stomach, themed dinners every evening with dishes from different countries, but the most delicious traditional Turkish ones, the chefs succeeded flawlessly), the sea (very close, the beach starts right behind the bar, the water was +29 all days), a bar (worked from 10.00 to 24.00, there were no problems with drinks), helpful, friendly waiters (always dressed to the nines, men shaved, neatly trimmed, ready to serve in every possible way).
Lifeguards at the sea (caught small children from the water at a time when their parents stuck their phones on sunbeds), there are enough sunbeds on the beach, there was no need to take up seats from early morning, rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, and more excellent hammam and spa treatments (this is for a fee), awesome dinner at a fish restaurant, incendiary and unobtrusive animation (at 22.00 fun and music end, a hotel for families with children), beautiful, well-groomed territory, 4 swimming pools on the territory, one of them for children. We were in Turkey for the first time (we used to go on vacation to European countries), we got to the hotel very successfully. And the most pleasant impressions about Turkey: people are hardworking, hospitable, honor their traditions, love children (many families have 3 or more children), a very colorful country. If I go there again, I would like to visit this hotel again.
