My first trip to the warm foreign sea)
For some reason, I decided to write now . . two years later from that trip. At that moment, I had tough criteria for choosing a hotel - limited time (a week from such and such to such and such . . ), sandy beach (or sand and pebble), inexpensive option . . proximity to the sea (1st or 2nd line). From Antalya it took a very long time to get to the hotel - 2-2.5 hours . . after the plane it is felt right away. The village of Mahmutlar is small . . there is practically nowhere to go there . . shops and a visiting market on Tuesdays . . Although you can still buy something. I traveled with my student daughter. Basically, I liked everything. The hotel is small, the rooms are clean, the bed was changed after 2 days (it seems), they "sculpted" different "fiurkas" on the beds (I sometimes left tips). True, the window and balcony of the room overlooked the nearby building of the neighboring room. The food is not bad, long queues for "feeding" appeared only in early June, when there were more vacationers. Dirty dishes were taken away quickly. There were few fruits (I'm already talking about this compared to other vacation options). The second line was practically not felt - you had to go through a small underground passage to your own beach. The entrance to the sea is inconvenient - rocky formations appeared in places (if only not to slip). There were enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, the sand was cleaned with a rake, although there was still garbage (from the vacationers themselves). The attendant from the hotel hammam is really annoying. But - this is his job . . if you don't want to - don't go. We went on 2 excursions - in Alanya, Antalya, along the sea itself and to the Cleopatra beach, a cave. At the end of the boat trip, a foam disco was arranged. By the way, the animators worked well in the hotel . . we just watched the evening performances; there was an organization of discos in the hotel itself, but most vacationers went there according to the principle - "you dance, and I will sit and look at you" ). Animators are watching this group - how much they took away, so much they bring to the hotel, at the disco itself they keep an eye on the deeds of the locals. In general, everything is suitable for the first vacation, you practically don’t notice the shortcomings, since the trip is not without cons. but focused on the pluses... And for this, everything is there - the sea . . the sun . . and the mood.
