The hotel was 3 stars, in 2019 it was renovated and supposedly it became 4 *. But in fact the hotel is now 2 stars. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, it is better to buy a ticket to a 3 * hotel for this money. We rested not for the first time, so there is something to compare with (before that we had already rested in 3 * and 4 * hotels). We were settled only 4 hours after arrival in a dirty room. My poor 3-year-old child sat in the corridor from 11 pm to 3 am and waited for the room with us. The air conditioning, TV did not work in the room, the front door was broken, the bedside table drawer did not open and the closet door was broken. Breakfast at the hotel is always cold. In the morning after breakfast, we could not get into the room, as the lock on the door broke. They opened the door to us only an hour later. The next night we were woken up at 3 a. m. by loud knocking. They completed repairs at night while everyone was sleeping. They cleaned the room only a day after check-in. A huge cockroach ran on the wall in the toilet and my husband killed it. There was no shower in the room, they did it only after check-in. Construction debris, tools, dirt and sand are everywhere on the territory of the hotel. . The beach of the hotel is dirty, the entrance to the sea with a child is impossible (the stones are huge). We could not stand such unsanitary conditions with a small child, given that we paid a lot of money for 4 stars and moved to another hotel.
