Many of the reviews written are true. The hotel is not more than 3 stars, I would even say a hostel with meals. Meals are normal, chicken and vegetables. Normal location and beach, good promenade for walking. There are difficulties with the explanation in Russian. About soundproofing in the room is a separate issue, do not count on intimacy... Wi-fi is available in the dining room for sending messages and photos. You can walk to the fortress along the promenade (5 km) or by bus for $1.
