The rooms are in terrible condition. There is no animation. Of alcoholic beverages, only beer and incomprehensible wine, and even then not always. Interruptions with drinking water, if you did not have time to dial, then that's it. Sauna is paid. The food is mediocre. There is no seafood, there is no variety in meat either.

Do not visit this hotel under any circumstances! It's a ruined holiday! There are no animators, the food is terrible. From alcoholic drinks, only poor quality beer and sour carbonated wine, which is poured into disposable cups of 180 ml. There is only one name for the bar. The staff is not pleasant. Ants in the rooms, refrigerators not working.

Constant queues for appliances, for food for drinks, etc. , there are not enough seats in this dining room you can’t call it otherwise. W-fi is only in the lobby and then it is not connected because there are a lot of people! The kids club is closed! The beach is not clean!
I do not advise you to go for any money, it's just a failure!! !

Review of the hotel Baer Garden Holiday Village, which is located in Turkey near Alanya in the village of Konakli, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its location on the first line, there is no road in front of the hotel and the beach, as in many hotels in this region, the beach is sand and pebble, entering the sea is not bad, but large stones can come across - BE CAREFUL, we had enough sun loungers on the beach, the sea is clean and excellent views, There is no bar on the beach, but if necessary, you can go to the pool bar, because it is located 50 meters from the beach.

Access to the beach, right from the hotel. . . 30 seconds from the hotel restaurant, 1 minute from the pool, which is very convenient.
The TERRITORY of the hotel is quite large, covered with coniferous and tropical trees, which creates a unique climate in combination with sea air and partially protects the buildings from the sun. However, since soft drinks are only available at the bar near the pool, you have to constantly move around this area.
There are 4 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel: 2 large and 2 for children, there are also 2 slides, the pools are clean, well-groomed, there is a restaurant and a bar near the pool, there are enough sun loungers, but we came for the sake of the sea and we were not particularly interested in the pools.
The food at the hotel is not bad, there is also meat, fruits, a lot of vegetables, but do not expect exotic seafood, you will not be hungry.
The hotel rooms are spacious, everything works, but the furniture is old, like household appliances, but clean, towels and bed linen are clean.
What is especially pleasing is the price of this hotel and for not a lot of money you can have a wonderful rest, the main thing is not to find fault with some shortcomings, be positive and with good company, and the rest will be great.

I'll try to be objective. From the pros: Large, spacious area, a lot of vegetation, not noisy. The sea is nearby, the beach is spacious, sunbeds are free, there is a shadow. The beach is cleaned, but unfortunately, not all small debris. And if rough-and-tumble vacationers didn’t throw cigarette butts into the sand (every two meters there are mini trash cans near the sun loungers, by the way) it would be cleaner.

From the pros:
Large, spacious area, a lot of vegetation, not noisy.
Several pools of different depths, two slides are functioning.
The food is different (there were delicious dishes, they were not very), but they were not hungry, everything was enough.
Of the minuses:
Internet is free only at the reception and then if there are not many people. In the description of the hotel, this must be indicated, and not to deceive people!
Sauna and hammam on the territory of the hotel are also paid!! ! And in the description it is indicated that it is free - again a scam !!!
Rooms are not cleaned every day. Removed twice. Towels were changed once at our request.
Not a pleasant aftertaste was left by a slightly dismissive attitude of the staff (reception, hotel guide Niyaz). After contacting them, it feels like after visiting the ZhEK. Knowledge of the Russian language, apparently, is the only criterion for the selection of this staff (the staff at the extradition and in the restaurant, by the way, left a good impression).
The rest, on the little things: some sunbeds on the beach are cracked, some unkempt territory, rust in the refrigerator in the room. Bottom with stones, but with corals - this is not a problem. Yes, and then we got used to it even without corals. Often queues for food and drinks.
In general, the rest was satisfied. We chose the hotel based on reviews - we knew where we were going, so there were no special expectations.
The sea smoothed out many shortcomings, so the rating is more for the atmosphere than for the service. . .

Of the minuses: with cleaning and changing towels, etc. the rooms are really busy. For 10 days they removed it twice, and then after constant reminders. We "self-service" by changing our towels and shampoos in the corridors.
And, the most unpleasant thing is that on the last day of rest, a man's bag with documents, money and credit cards was stolen from the room. We are sure that this is the hotel staff, since such cases are not isolated here. Everything is thought out, since we noticed the loss immediately before departure, so that people would not have time to sort things out. I think the front desk staff are aware of this. This situation crossed out all the advantages of our holiday. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

We have not had a worse vacation in 5 years of visiting Turkey! If in order, then: Yesterday I returned from vacation and, while my impressions are fresh, I am writing right away. We took the tour based mainly on the relatively low price and several positive reviews on the forums (as it turned out later, completely biased or written by the hotel staff).

We have not had a worse vacation in 5 years of visiting Turkey!
If in order, then:
Yesterday I returned from vacation and, while my impressions are fresh, I am writing right away. We took the tour based mainly on the relatively low price and several positive reviews on the forums (as it turned out later, completely biased or written by the hotel staff). We arrived in Antalya early in the morning on the 16th, by an individual transfer (you never know who will be in a shared bus, then sit in quarantine) around 9 were at the hotel. As expected, there were no available rooms for check-in and we prepared to wait until 14.00. However, when the manager changed at the reception and a fat man who looked like a Kazakh stepped in, the problem was solved for 20 bucks and at 10.30 we settled in.
ROOM. I got the room on the 3rd floor and from the start I was unpleasantly surprised - the lock on the balcony door was broken, the sheets were in holes, the toilet was leaking, the TV (on which there were only 3 (!!!
) channels, of which 2 are Turkish) does not show, there is no TV remote control, the refrigerator is dirty inside, the hatch covers on the drains in the shower floor are not fixed, so you can easily get hurt, the mirrors are stained, the cord on the hair dryer threatens to come off (photo attached). I went to the reception to swear, to which the Kazakh replied that we also got a room from the best options))). He sent a man who fixed the TV and the balcony door. There is no safe in the room, so I had to rent a safe in the luggage room near the reception for $2/day. A very strange system of cleaning rooms - according to the same receptionist, one of the guests must be in it to clean the room, because the maids do not have universal keys. As a result, the room was cleaned 1 time in 10 days (and then after a pendel at the reception), and we went to our Kazakh friend for toilet paper. In addition, out of 10 days of rest, there was no water in the tap for 3 days.
Internet is paid - $ 2 / day. Of the pluses of the room - quiet and productively working air conditioning.
NUTRITION. The menu in the so-called restaurant is very meager - only chicken from meat, a couple of times they gave something similar to a turkey and constantly semi-finished cutlets from incomprehensible minced meat. Of the fish, only mackerel fillet, but cooked in such a way that it is very amateurish. Despite the quarantine measures, each tourist imposes food on his own. But cutlery (and pepper and salt in bags))) is issued by a special employee behind glass. This is some nonsense! ! She also gives out bread packed in plastic bags, of which there is only one kind for all meals. There are no traditional Turkish morning or evening pastries here at all. From drinks only powdered juices, water from a cooler, watery beer (in 200 ml glasses), terrible wine (hello, heartburn!! ), instant coffee. All drinks except water are issued by bartenders, there are always queues.
Beer had to be bought by ourselves, as, indeed, to have dinner in the last days outside the hotel in a restaurant.
INFRASTRUCTURE. A large area planted with palm trees and Lebanese cedar (allergy sufferers pay attention! ). 3 pools, one of which is quite a paddling pool. Near the pool there is a tray with paid ice cream and fresh juices (2 balls - $ 1). Sunbeds by the pools need to be occupied from the early morning, because there are few of them, and there are many who want to. Most of the sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach are broken. There are no mattresses on the beds. There is sand on the beach, stones and pebbles in the sea at the bottom, so the corals helped out a lot. There is no bar on the beach, so you need to bring your own drinks. No animation - water aerobics in the pool and volleyball on the beach (in the description of the hotel there is a lie about a team of 10 animators). The excursions that we took outside the territory at the office to the right of the exit from the hotel were very helpful (as usual, much cheaper than with a hotel guide).
The contingent of vacationers is 60% Turks, the rest are Ukrainians, Russians, a few Belarusians. We got just in time for the celebration of Eid al-Adha, so the hotel was packed to capacity with local vacationers. I am far from a xenophobe, but the impressions are still the same ((The attitude of the staff towards fellow countrymen is a priority.
As one of the employees secretly told us, such a mess began here only this year (in the past, the hotel did not work due to the pandemic), as conflicts arose in the management related to the redistribution of property. As a result, all this is reflected in vacationers.
In general, summing up, I agree with one vacationer who said that if you go to Turkey, then only in the top 5. I’ll add from myself - and by no means in Bayar Garden Holiday Village !! !

LIMITATIONS.
1. FOOD, BEVERAGES AND ALCOHOL. From alcohol there is only beer with a maximum strength of 1 degree and dry powder terrible wine (white and red). This is completely contrary to the AI system, before that I was in 5 hotels in Turkey, everywhere there were local crayfish, vodka, gin, cocktails, etc. In most cases, all this was from local alcohol of very dubious quality, but even that is not here!! ! This is especially true given the price of alcohol in Turkey. In general, if you want to drink on vacation, take everything with you.
Water in the hotel can only be drawn from coolers, of which there are only 2 in the entire territory! Therefore, it often ends there! Sprite, fanta and cola are poured from bottles by the bartender into a glass in one place for the whole hotel! Which forces you to follow them through the entire hotel and creates a queue for drinks. Coffee and tea also at the bartender. There are not even just separate tea bags and boiling water to make tea for yourself.
The food in the only restaurant, in principle, is not bad, but without any frills and meager. Usually chicken or fish (mackerel only). Of the fruits, watermelon is sometimes peaches or melon. Only one kind is hotter and that is puree soup. There are no snack bars between breakfast, lunch and dinner. All this is also strange, because before that, in hotels of this category, at least sometimes (for example, on Fridays on a Turkish night) they gave some kind of delicacies, and a grill bar worked.
2. ANIMATION. The biggest horror of this hotel! In the beginning, there was none at all. The hotel website says there is a kids club. It was important for me in choosing a hotel, as I was traveling with a child. But this is a lie that they do not want to correct, despite the appeals of people. For children in the evening, only a half-hour disco of very dubious quality is held. For adults, they began to hold darts, water aerobics and volleyball on the beach. But all this is somehow not active and at a low level. The main animator (a guy with long hair) is mainly engaged in gathering the company to a disco at night in Alanya. In the evening there was not a single competition, disco or karaoke. VERY BORING! ! In other 4 * hotels there are even shows in the evening (different teams come).
3. BEACH. Entry into the sea only in slippers, there are large stones. Which is especially dangerous with children. There is a pier on the site, but it has long since been destroyed. There are no beach towels either.
ADVANTAGES.
1. PRICE. For two adults and a child (5 years old) for 11 days I paid 1050 dollars. With a flight from Odessa and all-inclusive meals.
2. TERRITORY. The area of the hotel is quite large with its own beach. In addition, almost the entire territory is covered with coniferous and tropical trees, which creates a unique microbiological climate in combination with sea air and partially protects the buildings from the sun. However, since soft drinks are available only at the bar, you have to constantly move around this area.
3. NUMBERS. Quite spacious for a hotel of this category. Three adult beds accommodated without problems. A huge minus is the balcony, it is small and directly adjacent to the neighboring balcony without a partition. In other words, you can dry things, but you will sit back to back, or face to face with a neighbor. I recommend taking a room on the second floor (3 is hot, 1 is noisy and insects). I also recommend that you immediately check the air conditioner, refrigerator and TV when you move in. Maybe something doesn't work.

MINUS - THE BEACH IS LOAD, COULD GO WEST TO THE SEA - IT IS EVERYWHERE SO, THE HOTEL IS NOT GUILTY OF THIS, BUY SHOES AND EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD (but I recommend making an inflatable metal pontoon for children.
We checked in at 11, although according to the rules at 2, this is a huge plus, because the rest lasted 3 hours longer), we arrived at 9 also and they gave us a free breakfast, although it was not included. MINUS - INFORMATION (we were not given any information, how working, to which, etc.
), searched everywhere and not everywhere there is information in English, but only in Turkish. THE SLIDES DID NOT ALWAYS WORK AND 1 BITTER IS BROKEN, I RELATED THE WHOLE BACK! ADMIN, CLOSE IT FOR REPAIR!
The queues are long, but this is also through the code (although they could put an antiseptic and a coffee machine in free access, this would reduce the queue at times, or servers to wipe the buttons).
Wi-Fi is terrifying on the forehead, there is also a paid one in the room, I don’t know how the speed is there. THEY COULD ALSO GIVE WATER IN THE ROOM BY A BOTTLE, THE AIR CONDITIONERS WORK PERFECTLY - THIS IS A HUGE PLUS, THE STAFF QUICKLY REMOVES THE DISHES, ATTENTIVE, ALWAYS TRYING TO FUCK! The shower by the sea 1 is almost broken, there is nowhere to hang towels, you need to put a hanger and a dressing room in the same way. THANK YOU GOOD JOB.

The hotel is not expensive and the quality of services is appropriate. It occupies a very modest position in the ranking with other hotels. My wife and I are not young people, we arrived with a positive mood without high expectations for the sake of the southern sun and warm sea.
Arrived from Moscow by charter with a delay at 22.00. Initially, we were settled in a room in block number 1, but there turned out to be a warehouse of some boxes from floor to ceiling. Changed the room to a neighboring 4-bed. As soon as we unpacked things, a man appeared, who carried our suitcases, and said that there had been a mistake and handed over the key to the third room in this block. It was room number B105, where we lived until our departure.
We considered the relocation leapfrog as an adventure and still kept a good mood, although there was no toilet paper in the room and the shower was leaking. We expressed our comments at the reception. A Russian-speaking woman immediately gave us a roll of toilet paper, warning that it was her last.
We laughed and bought a couple more rolls.
All the following days, we went to the reception every day, as if to work, persuading us to fix plumbing problems, clean up, and replace towels. The answer was only sly promises and impudent smirks. One of the administrators was particularly distinguished by rudeness and rudeness, but spoke exclusively in Turkish. I offered him, if he is so brave, to speak out on a smartphone camera. Violent anger and aggression followed.
A young 20-year-old hotel representative twisted his arms and tried to snatch the gadget from a 63-year-old pensioner, while breaking the glass of the smartphone. I had to contact the gendarmerie. The representative of TezTour settled the conflict. None of the hotel management wanted to meet with me and did not apologize for their employee.
In fairness, I note that the towels were still changed for us once, but just before departure.
Wife did all the cleaning.
Hose leaks in the shower, I eliminated with varying degrees of success from improvised means.
It must be admitted that other hotel employees (restaurant, bar, animators, security) are trying very hard, they are distinguished by friendliness and willingness to help.
Located on the first line, with excellent well-groomed territory and infrastructure, with proper management, the hotel has real opportunities to raise its rating.

Vacationing with a girl. Settled without delay, on the second floor, in building C, right next to the reception. They gave us a good room, with a balcony, even a triple instead of a double, although we rested with a girl together. Apparently there was no free double at that time. But for us it was only better, because we had a lot of space in the room.

They gave us a good room, with a balcony, even a triple instead of a double, although we rested with a girl together. Apparently there was no free double at that time. But for us it was only better, because we had a lot of space in the room. The bed is clean and so is everything else. Cleaning every day, and change of bed and towels 1 time in 3 days. The air conditioner works very well + can be adjusted to any position, both up and down and left and right. Hairdryer, TV, remotes also work. The shower worked very strangely. The water sometimes abruptly became boiling water or cold as ice. I had to constantly adjust. Free wi-fi only at the reception, and that is rather weak. And throughout the hotel paid - $ 2 per day, but good.
The next day after arrival, we had a meeting with the guide. Here is a separate issue...
This is not the first time I have rested in Turkey, but I have never met such a rude and not friendly guide. We are talking about the guide Evran, from the company Tez Tour. If you have another guide, then you are lucky, if he is, then be careful. His goal is to sell you a tour that costs two to three times more than it really is, and make money from it. Whoever did not buy a tour from him is his personal enemy, he did not even say hello to those people. Moreover, he forced to write a written refusal!! ! And who did not want to write a refusal, or sit for an hour and a half to listen to him, he threatened that he would not register a voucher that you need to have with you outside the hotel so that the police would not stop. Through his one and a half hour talk about excursions, we did not have time to go to the sea in the morning (((And we saw the morning sea, already on the third day !! ! It’s good that we arrived for 10 days, not 7. I recommend everyone to write a refusal if he demands .
And who wants excursions, leave the hotel, there is a market there, and all the same excursions are 2-3 times cheaper. We did this and are very happy with it. And now about the good)
The hotel area is huge. There are 4 pools: 2 large and 2 for children. Access to the beach, directly from the hotel. You don't have to go anywhere, go around. 30 seconds from the hotel restaurant, 1 minute from the pool, which is very convenient. It took about 5 minutes to walk from our room, since we lived right at the reception desk, and the territory, as I already wrote, is huge. The pool has a free bar with drinks. There is no bar on the beach, but if necessary, you can go to the pool bar, because it is located 50 meters from the beach. Beach: clean and beautiful, sand with pebbles + stone slabs were closer to the sea. Sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas, shower - all for free. The only drawback of the beach was the lack of a wooden walkway between the sunbeds and from the entrance to the beach to the sunbeds. Walking was not very convenient, through stones and slabs.
The sea is clean, the water is clear and very warm, the entrance to the sea is gentle, but there are stones and slabs, and there are a lot of them, so you can hit, it is better to buy special slippers for swimming in the sea so as not to hurt your leg. In the first days, until we bought slippers, we received several wounds on our legs. Also interesting is the fact that for those places where there were wounds, they were bitten by fish, and it was quite painful, so they had to be sealed with a band-aid. The weather was super - 30-32 degrees, and this is the most important plus of our holiday, for which we went to Turkey))) Before dinner, we went for an hour to swim in the pool and ride the slides. The water in the pool is clean and warm, there are three water slides.
They cooked deliciously, there was plenty of food, drinks as well, the dishes were clean. There were many salads. Various types of meat: cutlets, boiled meat, stew, baked chicken...Pasta, french fries, mashed potatoes, various soups...In the morning there were cereals with milk, but cold.
Sometimes scrambled eggs, and once pancakes. Unfortunately, once. So breakfast could be better. But lunch and especially dinner were good. From fruits: watermelon, oranges and apples. Nothing else. Drinks: local Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite, four types of juice, tea, coffee and local alcohol. Coffee machines were in the restaurant, at the reception and at the pool bar, but they all turned off, I don’t know what x ...at 23:00. Once I had a sore throat, I wanted to have a hot drink before going to bed, and all the devices were pulled out of sockets and there was only cold water from a bottle.
The staff is polite and friendly. Say hello to Servan. And also Mukamu (and his entire animation team), who was also an animator, DJ, and host of evening competitions. Thank you for discos, competitions, "club dance" and everything else. Not far from the hotel (5 min drive) is the incredibly beautiful landscapes of the city of Alanya. These places, where I took about 500 photos, will be remembered by me forever.
.
Summing up everything written above, I will say that we really liked it, we recommend this hotel, and would gladly visit it again. Thanks to everyone who took part in the organization of our tour for a great vacation: tour manager, drivers, guides (except Evran the jerk), all hotel employees: reception workers, waiters, bartenders, cooks, cleaners, and of course animators) Thank you for all! Thank you Bayar Garden Beach Hotel!
