The hotel hadn't even opened yet when we arrived and they didn't know what to do with us. We were the first to arrive at it, then the rest of the tourists began to catch up and everyone stirred a little. We were at the hotel at 6:00 pm, and settled us somewhere at 9:30-10:00. Breakfast was served at least by this time. In general, the repair in the hotel and the room is not bad and the territory is normal. They often had problems with the elevator. Not a single air conditioner worked in the common areas yet, they argued that it was supposedly coronavirus, but in fact it was a lie, because when the hotel was full, they started turning it on. The first days it was really bad from stuffiness, it was generally impossible to eat in the restaurant because of the heat, and there were few places on the street and they still had to be tried to be filled.
The food is normal, but in the first days the choice was very small, by our county it had already become brighter. They did not have enough staff, there were often queues for food, as the waiters gave out food. Another downside is that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Their Internet is terrible, at first it didn’t exist at all, then they seemed to do it, but I caught it normally only in the building where there was no settlement yet. When it was filled, it did not load at all. Their beach is also not very good, across the road through an underpass. On the beach there is a bar, a shower, a toilet and this +. But the entry into the sea is bad, you can get hurt, as there are large stones. Although it would be possible to clear the stones at all and it would be normal.
In general, the territory is pretty near the hotel, there are 2 slides in the pool. There was no animation and the declared free entertainment (water polo, volleyball and table tennis) was also not there. Yesterday they started playing water polo for the first time. In fact, there were no animators at all, as I understand it, they were poorly prepared for the opening and everything was not organized because of this. We also didn’t like the location of the hotel, this village is worse than Avsalar and Konakli, it’s boring and the prices for transport rental are higher, they wanted to take an electric scooter and they tell us that it was $15/hour (it was $5/hour in Camyuva). In Antalya, renting an electric scooter, for example, costs $18/day. In general, the hotel corresponds to its price, but the service ruined everything, so I lower the rating.
