My friends and I bought tickets to this supposedly 5 * hotel for two months, under the early booking promotion. They explained to us that the Anex building means it is located across the road, but it fully corresponds to the declared star rating. We experienced a shock at check-in - the building across the road turned out to be a weak trio: with a broken toilet, over which a shower stuck out with a hole in the floor, with the water turning off in the morning. The rooms are designed for two persons, so a family of three is squeezed into a cot, but that extra third person should not apply for towels and hygiene products! Hotel guide Natalya Kovalenko, after listening to our lamentations, said - they bought cheap tickets, if you want to move to the main building - pay extra! The Turkish reception just nodded his head, they say I don’t understand! Having resigned ourselves to the fate of the hostages of the situation, we began to look for pluses - quietly, calmly, cedars wave their branches at the windows, they pour heartily in the bar. Walking from building to building is again useful, we won’t get fat! Although while we are walking, those lucky ones from the five will already occupy the sunbeds and tables! But there was no real calm - every day new residents came to the hotel, received shock therapy and moaned throughout the territory! One joy - sand and sea! The place is truly wonderful, but it is better to relax in neighboring hotels. Until now, we are looking for an answer - who deceived us Coral Travel or Annabella.
