At about 11:30 we were at the hotel. Settlement from 14-00. They put on bracelets and said that lunch was from 12-30. Suitcases left at the reception (free of charge). Since April, I have been reading the forum on Otzyv. ru, so I already knew the territory and facade of the hotel from the photo of a vacationer from a neighboring hotel. Rare grass grew with us. I am not a fan of huge territories, so I liked that everything is nearby, cozy and compact. I knew that renovations were going on there, so I was ready for this and it did not irritate. Price quality. You can endlessly watch how water flows, fire burns and Turks work. The hotel has a lot of Russians, Germans, Czechs, Poles, Turks. On the beach I met only one woman from Kyiv and one from the Baltic states.
The settlement did not go so smoothly. Only at 14-30 they began to give out key cards to the rooms. I clarified with the receptionist that in my voucher the standard room is a sea view for which I paid extra when buying a tour, and the tour operator assured me that the economy is a view of the road and the river park. The receptionist nodded his head in good Russian and said that yes, yes, that's right: a little park, a little sea. This immediately alerted me. The boy grabbed our suitcases and dragged us to the 5th floor. I open the curtains - a side view of the road and the river park. I ask the boy - this is the economy. He nods. We turn around. At the reception, they begin to tell fairy tales that they say no, this is also a standard, there are no better rooms, let's go for two days, you can still have a room without a balcony but a sea view, etc. On the advice of my tour operator, whom I contacted by SMS, I gave the key card and said that I would be waiting for my hotel guide. Three minutes later, with a disgruntled look on their faces, they handed over the keys to the room overlooking the sea. The mood was spoiled. At first I thought that I was alone in such a mess, but it turned out that due to the fact that they did not open a second hotel across the road (workers lived there), everyone was settled in a new building. Some were lucky: they bought a ticket to Anex, and settled in a new building. And I saw some how they begged at the reception to relocate. On the first floor from the side of the road it is bad: there is no fence and a high basement. The route is noisy. The hotel has not yet been assigned 5 stars, because. they are nowhere to be seen. SPA, gym and Italian restaurant did not work. Hamam was offered in other places - $ 30.
Room on the 6th floor. The elevator broke several times (two of them). On the seventh, repairs continued - did not bother. The room is new, triple. Modern. It felt like it had just been refurbished. TV tuned two days (three Russian channels). Safe for a fee - $ 2 per day. The air conditioner is excellent. They slept at night and turned on the dryer. Humidity is high. One thing is bad, when you leave and take out the key card, everything turns off and the air conditioner incl. Order a second card to keep. The shower cubicle is large. Water from the second day was constant. Towels thrown on the floor - changed. The bed should be changed on the 4th day. We haven't been changed. On the 6th day she told the reception. They didn’t change it, they just carefully laid it out and made a swan. Spat. The refrigerator was replenished daily with beer, cola, fanta, mineral water and drinking water, 2 pcs. The floor is laminate.

WI-FI worked for three days. Here we were not lucky, as we were going to communicate with relatives via WI-FI. Then it turned out that he worked on the Turk's phone, but not on ours. There was no pay phone in the hotel. We had to go somewhere across the road to the village. Card 3$ - 20 min to landline numbers.
The beach is well maintained. Sand. There were a lot of free sun beds with mattresses and umbrellas. There are no towels. We bought thin checkered ones for a hammam across the road for $1. Swimming went to the nearby Pegasos beach. There, the coastal strip is cleared of stones. It looks like the Sea of ​ ​ Azov. Depth to the shoulders through 100 meters. The water is clear, warm. I enjoyed walking on the sand. Beach volleyball net on the beach. A cold mountain river flows into the sea. The frogs croaked very loudly at night. The ducks were swimming. We saw lizards. From the hotel, the swampy river is limited by a fence.
Sun loungers were taken by the pool at 7 am. Three hills. This is where all the animation took place.
The restaurant is spacious and bright. Service is good. Liked the food. Soup puree with cheese or crackers. Chicken, beef - all the time, fish fried 2 times - turn. Lots of types of cheese. Olives. Steamed and fresh vegetables. Peaches, cherries, melons, watermelons, apples, plums. In the morning cereal with milk, scrambled eggs, pancakes, dried apricots, raisins, prunes, figs. Sweet cakes and jellies. I ordered dry white wine for dinner. Fine. Cola, sprite, fanta without limits. Children's chairs are available.
At 10-00 the bar on the beach began to work with beer, drinks and instant coffee until 24-00. Hot chocolate at the beginning of the holiday was thick and delicious. After repair of the device - watery. Lines of 5-7 people.
Bar to eat, from 11-30. Hamburgers, french fries, vegetables. Donuts with chocolate or jam. Pastries from the restaurant. Everything is delicious.

For me the animation was enough. Warm-up at 10:00. At 11-00 aqua aerobics. Then billi-dance or salsa. Called to play darts or small tennis. Thanks to all the animation team. Special thanks to the hard worker Vika. Bright girl energizer and lighter. Children's discos daily. Adults were taken for a fee to some cool disco tours, until 4 in the morning. I didn't go. At 22-00 there were programs: a fire show, a Turkish night, they chose a Miss and Mr. hotel, competitions for couples. There is a children's pavilion with swings.
We took an excursion on a pirate yacht to Alanya on the beach - $ 20. I liked it very much. Swimming in the open sea, foam discos, shopping in Alanya, team animation. The second excursion in Pamukala, from teztour - $ 75. Tiring, but worth a visit once. Cleopatra bath with mineral rejuvenating water ($18), amphitheater, white bowls of Pamukkale. The photos are excellent. We left at 4 in the morning. With three stops for food and shopping, it took 5 hours. Back 2 stops and wine tasting 7 hours. The hotel did not issue lunch packages. At the review in the evening they said that they would feed in the restaurant in the morning. Came in the morning they were surprised and offered a portion. At 4 am I didn't feel like it. Took half a dry baguette and cola from the room. We had breakfast. Tourists from other hotels were with lunch packages. Here the hotel minus. Even in the restaurant, the bread was not covered and the baking sheets for food were not washed in the evening.
I think the hotel strives to get its five stars. When they get better, I'll probably come again.
