I have vacationed in Turkey more than once, once even in 2 *. The staff at Anilgan is simply incomparable. We should not think that tourists should be strong in English and Turkish if we come to Turkey for a week or two once a year. 80% of hotel guests are Russian speakers. The leadership could buy at least one Russian-Turkish phrase book for everyone.

It would be easier and more pleasant to communicate. I did not think that in such a fertile land there could be such meager food and lack of drinks. It just doesn't fit with the all-inclusive system. There were no fruits (even penny watermelons) at all. From sweet - sugar and jam in the morning. You can not dream about meat and fish. Mornings are a whole different story. Breakfast from 8.00. If you come at 8.10, then there will be nothing to pour tea and coffee into. Could it be at the end of the season? no dishes left? At 8.20 boiled eggs run out. Who did not have time, he was late. Of the drinks, there are dubious "yupi" and non-potable water (I tried it, I could not swallow it), there is usually no beer (it just ran out) and red "wine" (mash). The staff is clearly amused when one of the guests is not satisfied with the service. And the staff looked weird. In shorts and bare-chested. This was unacceptable in a 2* hotel. And what to take from these? They are temporary. . . Beach. So we did not understand which one of them is ours. Chaise lounge 5 dollars (this is in October then). Have fun on your own. Thankfully, you don't have to go far. Around full of bars, restaurants, discos. The animator acted like a clown during the day, molested drinking companies, gave out promises about the upcoming show (it even happened once, but I didn’t want to watch it). Phones in the rooms are fake. Several times at night there were fights in the hotel, so you can’t even tell the reception that it’s time to call the police. The rooms have already been described without me. Thank God we didn't have to use air conditioning. Lucky. The bed was not changed for 12 days even once. Well, at least the second towel was brought for money. There were positives, of course! But this is not the merit of the hotel. There were a lot of dissatisfied tourists, but when they arrived, we only remember the good. I gave a triple to the tour operator (Anex tour). Ruslan was our guide. To the dissatisfaction of tourists (moreover, fair ones), he replied that he was neither for the hotel nor for tourists. He's a mediator and he doesn't care about us. A lot of complaints about Anilgan since the beginning of the season, he is tired of these complaints. He honestly conveys claims to his superiors, but the flow of tourists does not decrease. It turns out that these tourists are so stubborn. They go and go to 3 *, but you have to choose 4 and 5. . .

Vacation went great! Were in "Analgan" From the pluses of the hotel - almost the city center (15 minutes to Calais). I won’t list the cons, because there are already plenty of them here. It is worth noting that everyone who remained in the negative with this negative has already arrived. Therefore, it is very important to have a positive attitude towards the rest.

Then you begin to look at minor household inconveniences differently.
1) The elevator is dumb - walk. This is useful
2) The beach is paid - next to Damlatash is an awesome pebble beach "Cleopatra" with amazing waves.
3) There are few fruits - next to the macro market and Migros on the way to the city beach near the water park is another Migros. Fruit prices are 2-3 times lower than in Russia.
4) The air conditioner does not blow: remove the dust filters. They are under the cover. beaten to death. Buy a souvenir magnet and insert it into the energy saver. Everything will work around the clock.
4) The staff does not speak Russian - so are you guys, not in Russia. Learn English. Communication will not be a problem at all.
Don't take the sightseeing tour. Better from the hotel, go right down the street and find the bus stop. Sit on 4. You will reach the Citadel (on the mountain). Do not go to the citadel itself. Expensive and nothing interesting to see. Just go down the mountain. The views are amazing. Grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, lemons, peppers grow, some local cacti from which they immediately press the juice. After descending, find yourself at the entrance to Damlatash. There is also a beach "Cleopatra" city park, water park. Go to Cappadocia. Far away, but you will see the real Turkey, not the resort.

Dear Lord Tourists! Do not believe any positive feedback about the hotel "Anilgan"! Living there is a true genocide of our tourists. Just got back from there. The vacation is completely spoiled by the endless resolution of everyday problems: water from the shower floods the room; there is no light in the toilet; fungus on the doors of the toilet and shower; glass covers from bedside lamps falling on the head; very irregular smearing of dirt in the room, called Room Service; an antediluvian elevator, rather reminiscent of a suspended barn; tasteless mash of vegetables 3 times a day, staff speaking mostly Turkish (however, thanks to the language illiteracy of the staff, we managed to learn a few common phrases in Turkish).

The most disturbing fact: there is no security in the hotel, a real passage courtyard. I went to the beach at 6:30 in the morning - at the Reception - nobody. Often there was no one even to leave the key. Terrible hotel guide from the Anex travel agency named Ruslan Mammetaliev! Be afraid of him: if something happens to you, do not wait for his help. He refused to call an ambulance to the hotel for a woman with hypertension; refused to refuse assistance to a woman with a child, who had all the money stolen from her room on the first day; frankly rude to a woman who turned to him for some clarification. He is engaged in aggressive marketing: he intimidates tourists that they will have many problems in Turkey if they use the services of independent tour agencies, forces them to sign a paper drawn up by him with a promise to use only his services. I think the managers of Anex Tour should be interested in his activities. The only plus of the hotel is its close location to the sea. Don't choose Anilgan Hotel. . . Your mood, health and vacation will be hopelessly ruined. . . Regards, Tatiana .

The hotel is a complete nightmare, the sockets in the rooms are "turned out" with wires sticking out. The shower is combined with the toilet, there are no curtains, after taking a shower, the water is ankle-deep. There is a constant unremovable smell in the toilet, plaster falls on the head from the ceiling.

The shower is combined with the toilet, there are no curtains, after taking a shower, the water is ankle-deep. There is a constant unremovable smell in the toilet, plaster falls on the head from the ceiling. The rooms are not cleaned, at best they fold the bedspread like a fan 2 times a week and take out the garbage. I had to take a mop and sweep the floor every day, because you constantly "bring" sand from the beach. No one understands Russian, except for one girl (and that is very bad). Okay, in Russian. They do not understand either English or German (my son knows English well, and I am German). There seems to be a lot of food, but we Russians have nothing to eat. Many specific dishes that we are not used to - lentils, peas, beans, terrible sauces based on kefir and herbs. I got rotten eggs for breakfast, blue cheese, a sour drink (yellow). I got sour couscous for lunch.
True, we must pay tribute to the always very tasty coffee.
A big drawback - the light in the room disappears when you leave there, so the refrigerator and air conditioner are immediately cut down. It is not realistic to store anything in the refrigerator, and when you return from the beach, then in the room, as in Africa. Until the temperature returns to normal, you can die.
But! A big plus is the good location of the hotel and a good sandy beach, with a good sandy entry into the sea.

The hotel has a convenient location - almost in the city center. Close to a good supermarket and a great pizzeria. The beach is very close (across the road). This is the only "plus". The rooms are small but tolerable, especially since they did not come to sit in the hotel. Double-glazed windows are cheap with a balcony door scraping on the floor.

The rooms are small but tolerable, especially since they did not come to sit in the hotel. Double-glazed windows are cheap with a balcony door scraping on the floor.
Furniture - years of the 70s but in working order.
TV - works, 2 Russian channels.
The air conditioner is half-alive, with jamming curtains (you need to help with your hands when you turn it on to open it). The deposit for the remote control is 20 bucks.
Bathroom - there is no shower cabin, there is a corner with a shower next to the toilet and a slightly inclined floor (we bought separate slippers for walking in the shower and toilet). Hot water - sometimes (as you get) mostly "summer".
The balcony is small but ok.
On the floors, the lighting is from motion sensors, and it turns on for 5-10 seconds.
Staff - at the reception respectful but poorly understanding Russian and English. You won’t look at the rest of the staff without tears (I haven’t seen this in our budget hotels).
Cleaning is done 2 times a week. Linen - as it used to be on bad trains, at best, washed out with stains (pillowcases had to be worn at the reception at check-in to be replaced).
The patio is a small fenced in area with one tiny and another miniature (like a bathtub) pool. How funny are a pair of sun loungers.
Cuisine - in the style of "filling the stomach" You can almost forget about meat, fish (1.2 times a week) - mostly soy sausage. From the whole buffet it's not scary to take only a couple of dishes (I'm not a gourmet with big requests). Vegetables are usually "tired" tomatoes and wadded cucumbers. From fruits - pieces of watermelon. Drinks included - the rarest slop (I repeat, I'm not a mega gourmet, and I prefer domestic wines, cognacs, vodka, beer from drinks), which are scary to drink. Tablecloths seem to be washed once a season and removed by swiping to the floor.
On the third day, an animator appeared : -). With this "circus" its presence was simply ridiculous. Services were refused.
Therefore, scored excursions and in the "hotel" were at a minimum. We tried to eat outside the hotel.

I still can't forget this strange place! I got there by accident, it was an unplanned vacation, and the travel agent advertised this hotel as an excellent and cheap place for young people. As it turned out, she was not without a sense of humor: ) The staff does not speak any of the declared languages, except Turkish. I tried to communicate with them in Russian, English, German, Spanish, but until I "googled" and found out that I could not get milk in Turkish "sut"! Of course, it would be possible to throw an empty carton of milk at the administrator, but I tried to remain human, despite the inhuman conditions in which I was. People who write that this is a great hotel for youth outdoor activities, tell me what you mean by the word vacation??? ? I never sat day and night on the territory of the hotel, but this is a mockery that warm water can be "caught" only during the day, and in the morning and evening you have to temper it! I'm not talking about the fact that after each shower you need to scoop out the water from the "room" itself, because there is not even a tray in the shower! I don't say anything about food, you can always go to a nearby cafe and buy something, but is it normal to spend 20 minutes every time trying to close the door, because the door handle will fall off, then the lock will fall out! Is it normal that even at the reception there is no safe, and you have to carry documents and money with you? ! A great getaway includes a "animator" kicking ass every 10 minutes asking you to have sex without understanding the word "no" or "fuck you"? And there is no need to say that this is in the blood of the Turks, I have been to Turkey many times, and I can say for sure that only the bydlot allows themselves to do this! As a student, I went to St. it was better there than in Anilgan!!! ! But for those who like to go to discos, and not sit in a hotel, I can advise 3 * in Marmaris, many of them are located in the city center, on the first line, and, most importantly most importantly, after a night on Bar Street, you can count on a hot shower and an adequate room!
