Klas hotel 4* is part of the Klas group of hotels. This means that by choosing a 4 * hotel you can use all the services of the other hotels of the group for free. It’s a lot to go from Antalya airport, about 3 hours, but the bus is comfortable, we even slept. So:
1. Room for 4. Clean, tidy. Cleaned up every day. Maybe it's time for a refurbishment. But for a 4* it's good enough. The view from the room was on the sea for a surcharge of $10. But it was worth it. Beauty is unreal!
2. Food for 5-. The dining room is located in the building of the First Class 5 * hotel. The food is good. Was with a picky husband, ate everything. Yes, they didn’t indulge in seafood, but a huge selection of vegetable salads, very fresh and tasty. Every evening the brazier pampered with delicious meat or fish, cakes that were baked in front of you on the stones. Fruits in unlimited quantities. Desserts need to be discussed separately. It's unrealistically delicious! Well, just divine!
3. Beach for 4, sea for 5+. Beach across the road. The sea is clean and warm. Sunset in the sea in some places of the beach is inconvenient because of the stones. Not fatal, but unpleasant to the feet. However, having investigated, we found out that to the left of the pier everything is buzzing, the entry is smooth, one large flat stone, it is convenient to enter.
4. Pools for 5. There are several of them. On the territory of our hotel with cooler water and on the territory of the First Class hotel, which is 10 meters away, there are 2 more large pools. One with slides. Warm. They clean them every evening.
5. Entertainment for 5. Have your own club. Admission is free, you can buy drinks. Music is like in any club of the capital with an interspersed with Turkish music, but it’s even more fun)
6. Separately, about the bars. Near the pools, in the dining room, in the hotel lobby. Alcoholic drinks are poured more than generously. They took whiskey with cola and another glass of cola to dilute. Since alcohol is poured in a ratio of 3:1: cola. On the beach bar without alcohol. But in the heat it is very good.
The market, shops, everything is nearby, the prices are more than adequate. We bought another travel bag for Turkish delight, which is very cheap from them, and other gifts.
We arrived with positive emotions, we just fell in love with the sea. I advise!
I'll start with the verdict: ATTENTION! The hotel administration upon arrival can change the hotel for you, supposedly a travel agency mistake and you will be taken to another Klas Dom hotel, the guides are aware and seem to get kickbacks. As a result, you can start arguing and start your vacation with a check of the nervous system, but this must be done !! ! And such cases during our arrival was 50/50!! ! With a “strong” indignation, they resettled back to Klas, but in the same time F... and there were no other rooms, so people then returned back to Klas Dom. The Klas Dom hotel has buildings A, B, C, D, everything after A is darkness, there are rooms that go out to the dining room, climb over the balcony and eat))), there is right on the wall, a trash can.
The beginning of communication with the guide begins with an apology, whoever was settled there and he will try to help, but not a fact))) It’s better not to contact the guides, everything is a scam!! ! THESE ARE REAL FACTS!
Therefore, immediately call your tour operator or travel agent!
It is better to look for something more expensive and preferably where Europeans rest. This chain of Klas Group hotels is not worth the money, everything is so dilapidated, shabby and barely working, it feels like a Soviet sanatorium and, in addition, the administration’s lodges, the replacement of hotels, the Slavs came to them and so it goes. Vacationers with puzzled faces "where did we get", apparently not only I expected better. Not a single vacationer with whom they talked was satisfied that they got here and no one would come here again.
Also, every Wednesday everyone is going to eat in the dining room, but no, you need to listen to Turkish revolutionary songs, people stand there want to eat, but no, and then when they let it pi... ts! What's going on, there's nowhere to sit, like in an anthill! It looks somehow strange, as if some kind of personality cult has returned to the USSR, like at a party of revolutionary fanatics.
And now to the point.
1) The sea is super warm, clean, no jellyfish, it's really worth the trip (but not to Klas).
2) The beach is clean, small pebbles. Passage from the hotel through the underpass, convenient. Bar (paid), but on the shore you can drink water and Jupi, also on the shore lunch with pastries (delicious). The entrance to the sea is a rock with stones, but a passage of about 15 m has been cut in front of the hotel, it is life-threatening nearby. At rush hour, swimming is very crowded, there are a lot of people on this piece. Sun loungers and mattresses are old, not enough, you have to borrow for the entire check-in, otherwise you will constantly wait and look for where to lie down, there are many times less sun loungers for vacationers (everyone did it there, this is of course redneck, but this is partly the fault of the hotel administration). Towels are not provided.
3) The hotel is very dilapidated, shabby. Furniture, old appliances, in a word "Scoop in Turkish. "
4) Children's slides, pools - old but working, the pools are clean
5) The kitchen is ok, but nothing special, ordinary food. There is something to choose, although not everything is to your taste (especially sweets), meat is mainly chicken, sometimes fish, barbecue. Always water on the table, drinks are just Yupi. There are not enough tables in the evening, you need to immediately occupy a table, it is not convenient. Also, all the tables are shabby, as in the canteen.
6) Bar - around the clock, the beer is not bad, I didn’t drink much strong drinks, there is something to drink, but not very strong.
7) Rooms - you can live, but everything is shabby, shabby and old. Chairs of the USSR, technique of the 90s. The room was cleaned every day, swans were spun))) although I didn’t put any money, then I really left it. Shower room - darkness, as in a Turkish sanatorium.
I realized that the whole embankment of Alanya is a sand pebble, and when hotels say that they have sand, it's a scum. There are only positive impressions.
Overall hotel I recommend!
On the hotel itself I can say:
-infrastructure shared with 5, they only have a restaurant, so for a lower price you get access to all the benefits of a 5-star hotel.
- this hotel is still pleasant with its compact but green area, two swimming pools, one of which has always been occupied by guests with 5ki, because there is not even a normal separate pool, but only a swimming pool in the restaurant, so I never saw that there bathed. .
- Pleasant administrators at the reception, accommodated us in a room for 5 people, essentially two-room. Because we asked with one big bed. And for this they did not take any additional funds. Room with mountain views, 201 rooms.
In the evening there is a constant grill and you can stand in line for half an hour. They serve it on their own, but you can get more for a smile. Another tip-grill in the evening to close the restaurant. Then you get 3-5 pieces instead of the stingy one when distributed earlier, because they are designed for the number of guests, and the rest is distributed. So I ate a whole plate of chic trout steaks.
- As for the sea, it is difficult to decide here. From 7 days there were two waves, but the sea is warm in May. If you are not afraid, you can climb in the waves, but covers and pulls to the bottom. But we were lucky to swim on other quiet days. The sea is clean, blue and deep, as I love.
You can swim from the pier, but there is always everyone hanging on the stairs.
- If you need a hookah, there is one classy shop behind Barbarossa, you need to go 15 minutes without reaching Cotonou. There is a souvenir shop and branded hookahs on the left side of the street. We are happy with the purchase, with the Egyptian does not compare.
- on fruit prices: if the season, then pennies. So are nuts, pistachios and supermarkets. We bought all the souvenirs and Bim and Migro, there and spices, and sauces, and tea. Supermarkets are cool in cheap compared to Kiev prices.
- As a souvenir, I recommend pistachios and hazelnuts in packs, because the price is ridiculous, and relatives were happier than magnets. And definitely pomegranate sauce.
- I advise you to buy sneakers for going to sea, because pebbles will do, it hurts a lot. .
I recommend for young people, family bars without children and for adults. Only adults and children can fill the hotel.
For all the comments, we were told this is the standard... Replace the terrible rooms for a fee, as a result they gave a 3 bed room and a folding bed.
2. Wi-fi everywhere and always for a fee of 2 euros per day for 1 device.
Cleaning only if you give money to the maid, then they clean and change the towels and maybe give out toilet paper. . .
3. Beach towels do not exist.
4. Meals: 1 dining room, for 2 hotels. Always dirty, noisy, not enough seats, queue for distribution, dirty dishes, condensate drips from the ceiling from the air conditioner into the plate. The food is monotonous, what was not brought for breakfast will be served for lunch and dinner, etc.
5. In the hotel, 90% of holidaymakers are Turks
6. The pool is a swamp, in the evening they go there with a bucket of bleach.
7. plumbing, furniture, etc. just falling apart. . .
8. boorish attitude of the staff: intrusive paid services, if you refuse, they threaten with a rude attitude. Complaints just one answer "hotel standard".
9. entrance to the sea is not convenient... Something is not clear, you can break your leg, the beach is dirty, designed for self-service, such as an umbrella fell or a dirty table with a deck chair, this is your problem.
10. Next to 5 stars (fest class) it's all the same...
11. Animation is terrible
12. Turks come to the disco, and sometimes they bring girls from a brothel.
It's hard to call it a hotel, it's a rotten hostel
Waited for the last as a holiday.
In general, I liked everything, the price is quite budgetary - 49 thousand adults + a child of 8 years old for 11 days, 10 nights.
Arrived at Gazipasa Airport 20 minutes by bus from the hotel. Settled in quickly.
The sea is two steps away, 70 meters along the underpass. By the way, no one told us about the transition. Found out on the third day by accident. They walked across the road, which is unsafe - the traffic is fast, they are not going to let pedestrians through.
The sea is warm and clean, there are waves of half a meter, no less, very beautiful and salty. Mostly round non-spiny pebbles, in some places boulders and slabs in the water, in some places coarse sand. There are no shells. On the beach, free plastic sunbeds with leatherette mattresses, umbrellas. Towels are not provided, take from the room. On the beach there is a minibar, water, drinks - juice from chemistry and an automatic machine with cappuccino, coffee, chocolate, etc. There are no changing rooms as such, there is a terribly dirty toilet (but this is solely the fault of tourists who cannot hit the target), there is a shower and a hose for rinsing from salt and pebbles, with cold water.
The room is normal, the furniture and everything else is not new, the door handle in the shower is rusty, but clean. An old TV, from our channels NTV, STS, Russia 24 and I don’t remember if there is anything else or not. And Turkish channels. Wi-fi is paid, it works so-so, but my child and I could even watch YouTube. Safe is paid, for 10 days - 1300 rubles. Air conditioning, hair dryer. Balcony overlooking the mountains.
The food is excellent, I liked it very much. Fed in a nearby hotel in a restaurant, 4 times a day, a large selection, but almost always the same. Watermelons, melons, very tasty cherries, plums (sour plums). there were always queues at the beginning, we walked 30-40 minutes before the end, there were no queues, but often there were not enough cherries - they sorted it out.
We took two excursions - an aquarium with a tunnel and a sightseeing tour of Alanya. I liked the first one, the second one was less interesting and was brought to the most expensive store, where my child and I rode the elevator and did not buy anything. But we were fed at the end.
Now the cons. At night here, between these two hotels, a disco rumbles at full power on the street, from 11 p. m. to 3-4 in the morning. Sleep is impossible! I complained to the guide, to the reception, on the last night I even called the police, who only accept claims in English and did nothing. My son cried at night, but I just stupidly sat on the Internet until 3-4 in the morning. I bought ear plugs in a pharmacy (behind the hotel), but they did not help, they were uncomfortable.
We rested well, but these sleepless nights are like a fly in the ointment.
