Animation was almost non-existent. Children were worn on their own, as some parents are not up to children. The biggest disappointment is the beach! Dirty very Dirty. The beds are old and broken. The mattresses on them are even worse. It would be better if they didn't exist. Garbage bins were emptied throughout the day. and what is lying on the sand is already your problem, do not leave it! But there is little animation, during the day they turned on music near the pool, in the evening there was a children's disco for half an hour, well, that's all... But maybe this is because (no offense is said) the hotel has a lot of pensions, but they, of course, are not very easy-going and there was no point in holding competitions and similar entertainment, maybe at the height of the season this is all there is, because the animator himself is present at the hotel.

Dining room - in principle, normal, there was not a large assortment of food, but everything was fresh. Everything was scattered instantly, and the additive was not taken out quickly. Side dishes - pasta, french fries, orange rice-like buckwheat, sometimes vegetables. From meat - chicken, sometimes cutlets are not clear from what, sausages. A couple of times there was fish, both grilled and plain. In the evening they cooked something on the grill - fish, sausages.
It was sweet - some substances from liquid semolina, the most disgusting in taste, but beautiful in appearance. From fruit every day there was watermelon, melons, a couple of times there were grapes - that's all.
Drinks - local brandy, wine: red, white, rose (very strong, disgusting), beer, pepsi, sprite, fanta, yupi, tea, coffee, water.
Responsible for the dining room is the senior waiter Arif. A wonderful, adequate man, smiling at everyone and wishing you bon appetit, for which special thanks to him. It was nice to chat.
There is simply no entertainment in the hotel, there is no animation at all. In the evening at 9 o'clock there was a children's disco, for 8 days the music did not change, every day the same thing, later there was an adult disco and a super hit - "Oh God, what a man"... There is a ping pong table downstairs in the hotel, the rackets are dead, the balls are crumpled, and the table is crooked, that's all.
Beach - passage until 19:00 through the underpass. The sun loungers are all broken, but in abundance, there are few tents, there is clearly not enough. The entrance to the sea is sandy, in some places there are stones. The depth is shallow, even far from the shore. There are no buoys, like other nearby hotels. A couple of times people were bitten by fish.
Pools 2, the first near the hotel - dirty, floating sand and silt. Sometimes they cleaned it, poured bleach in the very sun, when everyone went for a swim. There is a hill, but it does not work and has long been overgrown. The second pool is cleaner, the slides worked sometimes. There were enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone.
We went on excursions, the first - in the hammam from the guide, the second - Alanya overview from street tours, the third - Safari 5 in 1, from the same street ones. On the street, prices are at least half cheaper, and the excursions are the same, even better in content. We took it from Eldorado, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the left, towards Konakli.
On Wednesday there is a bazaar that comes there, but there is nothing useful there, it is better to go to Konakli by bus for $ 1, about 10 minutes from the hotel. There you have to bargain, they discount the price up to 70-80%.
We also went shopping from the GUIDE, they brought it to a hyper-expensive boutique, like a sale, but the prices were crazy. Many persuaded the director of this boutique to drop prices, tearfully asked him and persuaded him, but the attitude was terrible.
In general, the impressions from the rest are good, but I will not go to this hotel again. Savings and neglect of vacationers are visible everywhere, there is no smell of 4 stars there, the hotel deserves 2.5-3 at most.

In the afternoon, snacks were prepared at the bar near the pool, so the food was all day)) As for the staff, everyone was friendly and did not notice rudeness or impudence on their part. She smiled at the staff, maybe that’s why they treated me well, I don’t know, but she kept everyone at a distance, no one tried to paw or pester me.

I was once forgotten in the city and I had to travel by hitchhike, because. a taxi costs 50 bucks. , the next day no one even asked how I got there! ! Well, the main thing is that everything ended well. Even before leaving, I had a conflict with one animator after a disco, he even swung at me, I was in shock. Complained about him, but no one fired him! The manager apologized to me, but that didn't make it any easier for me. Simply, this animator came to rest, not work, and it pissed me off a little, you can play tricks with tourists in your free time, and not when the whole group is waiting for him after the disco.
As for the location of the hotel, as I wrote above, it is 12 km. from Alanya and 1 km. from the village of Konakli. We sometimes went to buy fruit on the street (leaving the hotel and going towards Alanya, walk for about 7 minutes), on the way we saw mini shops and a tour agency, by the way, Russian-speaking people work there and you can buy a sightseeing tour 2 times cheaper than with the tour operator. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. All plumbing worked well. The food is good and varied, the fact that there is no meat is already known to everyone, but chicken and fish are always there and moreover, they are deliciously cooked. We went with the Tez tour and were very pleased with their well-coordinated work. The guys are just great, it is clear that the employees value the image of their company. Excursions were also ordered from these tours and were not mistaken, they all went in an organized manner.
