Ужасно! Terrible!

Terrible hotel! The worst thing is the constant rudeness of the staff, if you complain to the administrator, then this bully administrator behaves even worse. I personally saw how the administrator hit the girl in the face because she drank beer from a glass, but did not finish her drink, put it on the bar counter. The staff can splash in the face from the glass, and if you put something in the glass, the contents will be dumped on your head. On the fact of assault, they even called the police, but she arrived, and of course, immediately left.
The bar in the hotel is only one 2 meters long. There is no bar on the beach. All drinks are diluted, they are poured from some kind of crumpled one and a half bottles, which are filled with no one knows where and with what. Vodka, rakia, cola and sprite - this is the ENTIRE range. There is no bottled water. There is ONE cooler with plain water for the whole hotel, which is often empty for 2-3 hours.
Constantly changing unwritten rules: no more than two 100-gram cups of drink in one hand, only one after 21:00. If there are drops of water on you, then you are wet, and after standing in a queue of 10-15 people, they will not pour anything for you. If you are with your wife, then she must definitely push in line, if she sits on a chair 2 meters from the bar, and comes up when you get to the distribution, they won’t pour anything for her.

There is not enough food, the queues are huge if you go later then there will be no food. There are indeed cats and flies in the dining room. Once every two days, a stew of vegetables and chicken is served for dinner, the rest of the time, soy cutlets and meatballs. Pasta with no idea what, vegetable stews, nothing else. There were no potatoes of any kind.
The dining room is completely unsanitary: dirty tablecloths, dirty distribution, disposable cups for coffee and tea. There are a few cups with chips and cracks, but there are not enough of them for everyone. Of the fruits, only watermelon for dinner.
For breakfast - a burnt omelet with tomatoes and eggs with bread. How can you burn an omelette every day for two weeks, I don’t understand.
There is only one pool, its size is 10 by 20 meters. There are 80 sun loungers around it. Since there is no bar by the sea, about 350 people are located 3-4 people per sun lounger around the pool, they smoke and drink, tobacco smoke is a rocker, the wind does not blow anything away, since the pool is closed on all sides by buildings. Hordes of children run in this smoke. There is only one toilet by the pool. Since it is in the most prominent place, rarely anyone enters it, and of course, everyone climbs into the pool to defecate. I have never seen pools with such opaque muddy water before in Turkey.
Before the trip, I thought that at a price of 55.000 rubles for three, you can put up with some inconvenience, but I did not know what rudeness, assault and unsanitary conditions were here. I will not go to this hotel for any price, even for free.
