The overall impression of the hotel is very good. Fully meets the 4 * category. However, if you value luxury very much, this is not the place for you. The hotel is located in a great location, overlooking the sea and mountains. There is a mosque nearby, if you like adhan (Muslim call to prayer) then you will like it just like me. The area is very green, although small. You can go with children, even with very small ones, there are special chairs for them in the restaurant, there are good paddling pools in the pools, excellent animation for children. The pools are just wonderful, with clean and warm water, good slides. You can almost always find free sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. The food is excellent, very tasty and varied, a lot of vegetables, rice, various greens, fruits, sometimes meat, fried fish was given three times in 10 days. Delicious baked goods, must try. It is cheaper to call home not from the reception and not from the room, but from a blue telephone booth opposite the hotel, using a special card (for 50 units - $ 4, for 100 units - $ 8), you will find it in one of the nearest shops. As for the numbers, the situation is ambiguous here. . At first we were settled in a frankly bad room, although we followed the advice of seasoned compatriot tourists and gave 10 dollars to the reception. The room was very cramped, the furniture was old, the furnishings were miserable, Sovdepovskaya, the shower was small, lined with square, Sovdepovskaya, ceramic tiles. And it was poorly cleaned, someone's hair was lying around. True, the guy-administrator kindly helped to carry the luggage, showed and told how to use what, and asked for a tip. I advise you to change money at home in advance for 1.2-dollar bills. We returned to the reception and correctly but insistently asked to be moved to a GOOD room. The receptionist called a very kind lady who listened to us, took the keys to three rooms and led us through them. We really liked the first room she showed us, 2 times more spacious than the previous one, sea, mountain and pool views, a nice balcony, pleasant pink and beige tones, an excellent spacious bathroom with a large shower, a marble washbasin and marble floor. There is carpet on the floor in the room, it is pleasant to walk barefoot. There we settled. And yet, do not settle for a room on the L-floor near the pool, it is damp there, and your towels and swimwear will dry for a very long time. Don't let the stationary showerhead attached to the wall scare you, you'll soon get used to it. If you put 1 dollar on the bed every day, the maid will clean your house every day, change bed linen and lay out all sorts of figures from heart-type bedspreads, etc. True, she only reached our room at four o'clock in the evening, when after Lunch terribly wanted to take a shower and sleep))))). In Russian, the staff understands and speaks unimportantly, the maids and some reception administrators do not understand at all, things are a little better with the Russian language at the bar waiters, although everyone is attentive, smiling and friendly. Special thanks to our guide from Tez Tour Bakhtiyar, who was very kind and attentive to our requests and questions, and literally decorated our stay at the hotel. He understands and speaks Russian very well, so there will be no problem for you to communicate even if you do not speak English. He warned us about all the nuances that you need to know, told about all the excursions. As for the beach, it is very clean, small pebbles and pebble sand, there is a shower, a canopy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, good. True, far from the hotel, but there is a free bus every half an hour. Somewhere nearby, a river flows into the sea, so the water is warm in places, cold in places, but very clean. And the most important advantage for those traveling for the first time after the Crimea is that they don’t offer baklava and take pictures with a monkey on the beach, there are few people, you can safely leave your things on the shore, as well as in a hotel, no one will take them. The staff is reinsured and offers you to use the safe at the reception or in the room. Of course, it is better to place especially valuable things and money with documents in a safe (for the most part, for your own peace of mind). In-room safe is $2 per day. At 20.00 there is a free bus to Alanya (it takes about 15 minutes) and takes you back to the hotel at 23.45. You can walk and shop in the city. To bargain well, pay attention to quality and bargain aggressively. In general, the Turks are very open and friendly, pleasant people, and if you learn at least a few words in Turkish, it will help you a lot))). If you are not particularly demanding and know how to defend your rights culturally, I advise you to go to this hotel. My husband and I were very pleased with our vacation. And be sure to visit the Turkish bath (it is called HAMAM), but not in the hotel (sanitary facilities are not up to par), but in the city, you will not regret it! It is better to do this at the beginning of your holiday, then the tan will turn out to be more even and beautiful. I wish you a great rest!
