We rested from May 13 to May 20.2009. By early booking - in early March - we paid $ 850 for 2 adults and a child. The flight was normal - the airline "Wind Rose" - the plane "Boeing". The flight was delayed by literally 15 minutes. We got visas very quickly, by the way, when visas cost $20, you could stay in the country for 2 months, and now for $30 - only 30 days. We were met by representatives of CORAL - ODEON Tour, indicated the number of the bus, which carried out the transfer. To go, of course, not close, but - tolerable. The bus is good, air-conditioning works, we were taken comfortably. The Acropolis was one of the last hotels the bus went to; it is further from Alanya, in the village. Kestel.
The hotel is located on a hill - a 5-storey building with a small area. We were immediately given the keys and offered to have lunch first (it was 14.00 - lunch was already over).
The restaurant is large - there are tables both indoors and on the terrace. Naturally, everyone ate on the terrace - at the time of our arrival there were about 40 vacationers. We lived on the 2nd floor - the balcony overlooked the pool, part of the restaurant was visible. Of the two pools, of course, they chose the far one, the one with slides. Slides work on time: 10.00-12.00, 14.00-17.00. Both pools have paddling pools.

The bar near the small pool is open all-inclusive until 23.00, almost never worked near the slides - there are only drinks from the concentrate.
In general, during the day - fruit drinks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chocolate with milk. I don’t drink alcohol or beer, I can’t say about the taste, but people took it - probably nothing.
From 14.00 in the snack bar they prepare something conditionally similar to pizza (we called it that for convenience) - a thin crust with meat or cottage cheese filling without melted cheese on top. Ayran is offered with pizza - an interesting combination.
From 16.00 to 17.00 - tea, coffee and sweets.
There is plenty of food in the restaurant. Soups for lunch and dinner, hot dishes - 4 always, a lot of fresh vegetables and cold snacks, fruits - 2 types of apples, kumquats, oranges. There were plenty of sweets too.
The beach is about 600 meters away. The shuttle runs on time. On the beach - 2 rows of sun loungers under awnings. They are free. Paid mattresses. We just didn't take them. The beach itself is sandy, the entrance to the sea is small and not very pebbles. The sea is unclear - literally 150 meters from the Acropolis beach, a river flows into the sea (it is visible from the windows of the hotel - literally 100 m). Many people did not like the beach, and they either did not go there at all, or went or went to the city beaches. And to me - if only the sea. I bathed in it every day. Water is not fresh milk, but quite. There is a bar on the beach, but only water and concentrates are free there. From 12.30 there - French fries and something else, but at the same time - lunch at the hotel, and of course, it's better to go there.
The contingent of vacationers is Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, England, Germany, Romania.

And everything would have been fine if on the 4th day of our vacation 8 buses of Turkish students had not been brought to the hotel. The hotel was full. In the restaurant - queues, to the slides - not overcrowded. They are not so noisy, but - there was a hubbub... It turned out that May 19 is the day of youth and sports in Turkey, and the students were given a gift. They were taken away only after 3 days. It was quiet again, but we were about to leave.
Of the shortcomings - in the hotel (in the rooms) mosquitoes - take protective equipment. Well, there are no beach towels either by the pools or by the sea.
Animation in our stay at the hotel was not at all. We didn't suffer from it at all.
In general, what I want to say is that if you are traveling with a positive attitude and do not expect maximum comfort for a minimum of funds, then feel free to go to the Acropolis. Have a nice holiday!
