3. for 20 dollars (500 UAH) given at the reception, we were settled in a bungalow, instead of a double room, as in a ticket. tour with buncallo was 2500 more expensive - 2000 UAH saved.
4. if you speak English, then you are a king and God, the staff is insanely friendly, especially if you do not treat him like a servant.

This is a real conversation, it was almost always the same with all the bartenders. On day 3, they already knew and remembered us all, and as soon as we arrived, they immediately made a standard set, and if we suddenly ordered something else, they apologized very much and made the order as quickly as possible, 3 bartenders work in the lobby bar in 3 shifts, in the bar 1 on the beach, 1 in the American bar, 2 in the pool bar.
they are insanely tired of the eternally drunk, sorry, Russo-tourist, demanding incomprehensibly what in an incomprehensible language, sometimes standing in line at the bar, we ourselves ate and ate what they were saying, and yes, we were not too lazy to help the bartender - to voice what it was the monster (it cannot be called otherwise) desires.

5. When we ate in the dining room, they always approached us with the question of whether everything was fine with us and whether we liked everything, and not intrusively, but simply passing by. Sometimes there were no white special papers and devices at the desired table, because they really didn’t have time to lay them out on the terrace, there wasn’t such a thing in the hall - they spend more time there, but we ourselves knew where to get them, and we didn’t fit, sorry , it was such that they noticed how we wanted to take it ourselves and just flew to us with words like, “no no no, this is my job, I will do everything myself, where is your table? ”, in English, naturally and instantly wiped it and served.
6. before our arrival, about a week before, there were terrible showers, suitcases were floating in the bungalows, because we had drips on the walls. We were sympathetic to this, and in fact we were all right. We spent very little time in the room.
7. cleaned every day, 2 times in 6 days we changed bedding and towels.
8. beach towels, remote control from the TV and air conditioner on deposit, i. e. You give a deposit, for beach towels 40dinars for 2, I don’t know for remote controls and a safe, we didn’t take it. The TV works without a remote control, we had a plasma, but we turned it on 2-3 times, we didn’t turn on the conder at all, we only checked whether it works, there is also manual control at about a meter and a half from the floor. I attribute deposits to +, because the money is then returned and if suddenly something is not enough for something, then you can buy more.
9. The hotel has 2 shops, one in the lobby and the second near the pool. Where it is necessary to bargain heavily near the pool, it is better to go there only for super-strong need, it is better to leave the hotel, turn left and walk 500m to the supermarket.
10. the animation is super, they are always funny and friendly, some of them speak Russian poorly, but for us the trip there was almost complete immersion in the English-speaking environment, with the exception of the Russians, who now and then wanted to find out what was happening there in Ukraine, so it wasn't a problem.
11. The hotel recently started working on an all-inclusive basis, so of course there are shortcomings, but in general, an excellent sea, its own water park on the territory, about 11 slides and also a children's water park. 2 pools for adults, 2 pools for children, an indoor pool, delicious food (beef, veal, chicken, turkey, lamb), once there were squids, insanely delicious pastries.
