Good afternoon. Stayed at this hotel in July 2018.
The hotel is a little shabby, but in general nothing.
The beach is great! Gentle, soft sand. Wide coastline. I had to borrow sunbeds on the beach at 6 in the morning)
The sea is super, but there were 2 times jellyfish for the race - they sting painfully! Small, which is good with children.
The pools are poorly cleaned. It is impossible to take sunbeds near the pool if you do not give a tip so that they would be held for you. Pools 4 pcs. 1 of them with sea water, you can swim at night - this is ++

Food is the same. 1 time per check-in was a fish day - there was a lot of seafood, but they don’t know how to cook them there, since everything was overcooked, over-salted - this is -. For breakfast, they make delicious Nutella pancakes and freshly squeezed juices - but the choice of what to squeeze out is limited. There is fish for lunch and dinner, but that's Dorado and that's it. in a restaurant, if you don’t tip, then the table is clean and with appliances and drinks you will look for a long time. For lunch and dinner, you need to come in advance in order to have time to take something tasty, because the food is limited. Everything is very similar to the Soviet canteen with sparkles. Late breakfast is generally a song))) they will bring you bread + butter + jam and that's it !! ! even scrambled eggs will not be offered)) There is no children's menu. There is no microwave.
The service at the hotel is just disgusting! If you don’t leave a tip for the cleaning lady, then you will not only clean it badly, but also won’t supply you with soap, shampoo and gel, and simply won’t supply WATER !!!
1 bottle (1.5 liters) per day per room - we had 4 people! it's just tin, but also, as it were, they forget that they should put it - they just registered at the Reception with their complaints about the lack of water !! ! To which the receptionist replies - you can take water in any bar)) but it was not there! when you come to a bar and ask for water - the bartenders pretend not to notice you!! ! and only after a call from the Reception they gritting their teeth give you this very water!! ! Not BEER NOT COCKTAIL, BUT WATER!!!!
And this is not 3 *, and not 4 *, but hard - 5 * - but in reality it looks like 3 *
We went with the tour operator TUI - they stole 1.5 days of paid vacation from us - they postponed the flight earlier by 1.5 days.
Important! This hotel needs at least elementary English or French. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff...
