People!! ! Attention!! ! If you are offered to stay in the "Hotel" Justinia, do not agree under any circumstances!! ! Justinia is not a hotel! It's a demolished house! No one smiles at the reception. When you address them, you are brushed aside like an annoying fly. And you have to apply constantly: the room is dirty, towels and linen are stained and stink, stink in the elevator, on the balcony too. In order to at least get clean linen, I had to quarrel with the maids, who explained the nature of the stains like this: "This is not dirt, but just powder. " Indeed, what bullshit! Just powder!

I am already silent about the fact that there is no TV, no telephone, and not a single light bulb worked. The toilet is dirty and smelly, the bathtub is like in an advertisement for a super detergent before being treated with the product - what is called "old stains" and "limescale". When I turned on the shower, the nozzle simply fell off the hose. Needless to say, the air conditioning, of course, did not work!

The beach can hardly be called a beach, it is municipal, very narrow and next to the road. There are only Arabs on the beach, wrapped up aunts are swimming right in their clothes, mud, packages are floating in the water, bottles - this is what we saw from afar, because we did not dare to take a step to this beach, not to mention undressing there and sunbathe!

Realizing that if we do not take any drastic measures, then we will fly by on vacation, and we began to quarrel. Since the guide Tatyana from "Biblio-Globus" refused to help us in solving the problem, we had to defend ourselves. Scandals at the reception did not bring results, and my friend and I went to the managing director, who, for an additional fee, decent by the way, 100 euros per person, helped us change our room to a "superior" room with a sea view. In this room, apart from the fact that there is a 2nd floor and a very beautiful view of the sea, nothing else has changed. Only a chair without a leg was added! Everything is still dirty.
My friend and I went to the store, bought a cleaner, a sponge and washed the whole room - all the furniture, glass, mirrors, floors, the whole bathroom. In the evening, a disco began somewhere below, it was impossible to fall asleep.

To get the money back and move to another hotel, my friend and I yelled at the reception for 2 hours, in English, forced the working staff to call all managers and directors to return the money to us. The director did not take the tube, the owner of the hotel said not to return the money. I have never cried so much in my life! Just to the point of hysteria, because Justinia was sick of just everything.

In the morning we went to the commercial director. They calmly explained the situation. I ended my story with a picturesque description of how we had to wash a dirty room ourselves and that we had photographs. It was we who jokingly took pictures of each other during the cleaning process in order to somehow defuse the situation.

The director asked to see photos, which we gladly did. The director pretended to be shocked by what he saw and heard and said that since the owner refuses to return the money, he will pay us himself, they say, from his own pocket. And it is necessary, he did not deceive, he put an envelope with money in our bag in the evening. It seems that we were the first in this hotel who defended their rights. We were told that if money is taken in Tunisia, they are not returned back. After two days of anguish, we took our 200 euros that we paid for the "superior" room and moved to the beautiful 3* hotel Marhaba Club and had a great time there for the remaining 10 days.

So, gentlemen, under no circumstances agree to live in Justinia, no matter how beautiful the pictures are shown to you!! !
