I'll start the story with the check-in - as soon as we got to the hotel and approached the reception - we were offered to make our stay more comfortable - pay $ 20 extra and settle in a room with a sea view. It's good that we thought of first settling in a regular room, and then seeing what they offer us for 20 dollars. So for a surcharge - absolutely the same room with a view (ATTENTION! ) of the pool. Because the sea is almost invisible due to its remoteness from the hotel. After we spent one night at the hotel, we realized how lucky we were to choose a room with a view of the city, because there is an animation by the pool until 3 am and it is impossible to sleep because of the loud music . In a room overlooking the city (if you sleep with an open balcony) there is also a little noise from the transport that drives along the highway all night, but not critical.
Now about the numbers. All floors in the rooms are covered with carpet which never!! ! does not vacuum. In principle, we did not see a vacuum cleaner either at the maid's or at all in this hotel. As a result, the floors are very dirty. Plumbing is also never washed, as well as mirrors. Bed linen and towels are dirty gray with various stains and holes due to age. Towels were scary to pick up, not to dry off with them. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer are not available. Cleaning the room consists of dusting the dressing table and replenishing toilet paper. ALL!! . We tried to leave a tip (1 dinar) - cleaning was supplemented by made beds. Towels, like the bed for the entire stay (7 nights) were never changed.
Now about the dining room. The food is very fresh and not varied, but you will not stay hungry. Now about cleanliness - tablecloths, napkins (linen) never change. Paper napkins are issued only for breakfast and one per person. Those. for lunch and dinner, you need to wipe yourself with linen napkins, on which stains remain and which for the next meal you fold beautifully with the same stains. Dishes don't wash well. We constantly had to ask the staff to change the appliances, as the food that had dried up from the last time remained on them. Which, by the way, the staff did very reluctantly and even challenged me to throw clean appliances on the table.

Animation. Leaves much to be desired. It takes place in German and English. Once we stayed to watch the performance of invited artists - the feeling that all this action is designed for mentally retarded people...
In general, a hotel for pensioners, of which there were a lot.
I absolutely do not recommend the hotel! Even 3* hotels should be clean!! ! Let some soap accessories be missing, but if a change of towels and bed linen is announced, then they must be changed and washed!! ! And in the dining room, the dishes must be washed!! ! And cleaning should be done thoroughly at least once every 7 days!! ! For the money you can find better service and not spoil your vacation.
