I rested in this hotel with a child of 7 years old, I never wrote reviews, although I am grateful to the people who leave them, but this time I decided to write.
1. We were met at the hotel with incendiary dances - animators, it cheered us up a little. Then we were taken to a very dirty assembly hall, offered soft drinks, where we sat for 2.5 hours waiting for a room, the hotel, you see, was not ready to receive such a large number of people. I was lucky with the number, they are all standard, but I had sewerage and water, many were less fortunate.
2. At the reception, everyone smiles, listens carefully, writes down and that's it, I asked for a blanket for two days, and only received it on the 3rd day, when I stood near them for about 40 minutes. Nobody is in a hurry and create a flurry of activity.
3. The restaurant food is delicious, fresh, every day there was meat (chicken, lamb, turkey), I tried to walk before closing so as not to stand in lines and calmly sit down at the table. It was very annoying that you had to constantly run after the waiter, ask for forks, spoons, napkins, they were not freely available. Thanks to the chefs and waiters, these guys worked 100%. In the bar during the day and after dinner, you could always have a bite to eat either buns or pizza, also the bartenders are great!!!

The sea is clean, shallow, the first three days of our vacation it was cold, then excellent, the only one near the coast, there were small fish, they bit painfully, but appeared in the late afternoon. The sand is loose, you can dig in and spit. There are very few sun loungers, many lay on the sand.
5. Animators-well done guys!!! ! Worked out at 100% (yoga, aqua aerobics, step, disco).
6. I recommend a spa salon, the girls do massage for 5+, their hands are very strong, they work out every part of the body. Special thanks to Ali, a very pleasant young man, he understands Russian well, he will always prompt and help.
7. THEFT remains in the hotel, take safes or padlocks on suitcases that are not universal so that they cannot pick up the key. They personally stole $ 100 from me, no one moves at the reception, they also thought it was funny that I got a good thief, because I didn’t take everything. Naturally, no one returned anything to me.
8. Separately, I want to write about our guide Vladimir, this is a kick-ass, I have never met such a guide. He is only interested in selling SIM cards, organizing trips to his stores, from which he has a percentage, there is no other activity and useful information.
