Booked a bungalow with a garden view. it turned out that they did not lose. our bungalow was practically on the edge of the hotel. all day silence and peace, broken only by the soothing chirping of cicadas. the only evening close was the animation. but at 22, maximum at 23 o'clock everything calmed down. cleaned the room well. they came from the beach, everything was already clean, shampoos and gels in the bathroom were updated. the first days were not docking with towels. they are changed daily. and it turned out that returning from the beach, they wanted to take a shower, and the towels were taken away for exchange. returned at lunchtime. but after a couple of days everything was back to normal. area is clean and well maintained. we didn’t rest by the pool, but there were always a lot of people there, both Europeans and Arabs (almost all of us were on the beach)))) there seemed to be enough places for everyone. food is beyond praise, for every taste. for lunch or dinner there was meat and poultry and something fish at the same time. delicious desserts, pastries for breakfast. there is food for the kids too. you can take chocolate pancakes or donuts by the pool. On the beach, too, all sorts of snacks. the beach was a delight. soft, white sand, clear sea with a smooth entrance. who travels with small children, I highly advise, the hotel will please. merchants walk on the beach, but they don’t approach vacationers, because the hotel staff constantly monitors them and swears if something goes wrong. if you want something, just come closer to them to the sea. bargain!! ! call for heavenly prices. so I traded a tunic for myself. during the day I didn’t want to sell for my price, I turned around and left, and in the evening he began to wave to me that I agree, take it. shopping in Tunisia is certainly not like in Turkey. didn't buy anything in particular. the hotel has a cosmetics department, but.... dear ladies, please note that there is no composition, expiration date on jars of creams and everything is written in Russian. special for us tourists. what is mixed in there, who knows? they will offer a free trip to the center of cosmetics, it generally sucks. they will bring them to a small dark shop from one room, where there are shelves along the walls, on which there are creams in shabby jars, and spices, and olive oil. purchases were made in Monastir on the medina. there is their GENERAL supermarket, not far from the entrance, behind an inconspicuous glass door. ask the guide at the hotel for more details. Anna was very helpful with these questions. thanks a lot to her. in the supermarket you can buy very inexpensive dates, their local awesome adjika-harris, halva, spices, oil. I repeat, much cheaper than anywhere else. people are friendly, everyone smiled at us and even helped with the choice. communicated there in a mixed English-French-Arabic)))) in general, if you wish, you will find understanding. and yet, you are in a foreign, Muslim country. as you know, they don’t go to a foreign monastery with their own charter. so respect other cultures and religions. leaving for the city, young ladies, replace short shorts with breeches, and a top with a T-shirt, and then you will not hear insulting cries and offers in your direction. we went to the city by taxi, which are always located at the hotel. costs 6-8 din. a couple of times left 1 din to the cleaning lady. nice woman, always the same. for us, 20 rubles is something, but a person is pleased. in general, the hotel left only pleasant memories. Of course, there is nothing to do outside the territory, there is nowhere to walk and it is very dirty. we went swimming, sunbathing and sleeping. we succeeded in DESSOLE RUSPINA. those who want to hang out, probably the hotel is also suitable. there is also animation by the pool, dancing, team games, and in the evening a disco.
