The service is good: they were placed quickly, they gave a good room without a tip, they helped to deliver the suitcase to the room. Animation is weak, almost none, very boring, especially if you are young tourists. Although there were large companies that entertained themselves. The hotel is difficult to find staff who would speak Russian. For example, we do not speak English, and we accordingly had a language barrier. The room is well furnished, but the bedding was yellow.
