Good afternoon ! A lot of bad things have been written about the hotel, but everything is very subjective! We have something to compare! And it's not such a terrible hotel as it is described! And so in order - arrived in the evening at 19.30 at 20.30 were already at the hotel - settled immediately. The room is standard. Clean . there are towels. Dinner until 22.00 - the plates are clean - (I read in the review that the plates were not washed), as well as the waiters. The food is great! There is a dish for every gourmet. Breakfast pastries are very good! There are flies - but this is a different question - the country is dirty - outside the hotel while you are driving along the road you can get scared))) The beach is clean - the algae are cleaned every two days. There are jellyfish - their number depends directly on the weather - it stings not scary - a nettle bite. Animators are great! Water park - slides - very good! The staff is kind and accommodating. I can give rebuttals to reviews point by point !! ! do not forget - three stars - there is no hair dryer, gel and shampoo! There are no safes in the rooms either! But cleanliness and order - this can not be taken away! Security is permanent!
