We settled in a 2-bed room, although we were 3 people !! ! two adults and a child, I had to find out and demand conditions. They delivered a bed for the child, but they didn’t give a towel, as the room was staffed 2 and stayed... Of course, we asked for towels at the reception and just at the maid, but to no avail. The reception workers are very unpleasant people, they will definitely cheat when exchanging money, it’s better not to ask them. They help in the mood, not always tips help, they can suddenly stop understanding Russian speech or not notice you at all !! ! The room was ordinary, the bed is good, only one socket is working, the furniture is generally cheap, not 5 stars !! ! The hair dryer barely pulls. it was unpleasant!
