Two days ago we returned from Tunisia, where we rested with a friend. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is still very far from five stars. The most disgusting thing was the maids. Initially, we were given one room, politely warning that they would move the next day to another. When we were moving, my friend forgot her charger in one of the sockets in the first room. When we turned to the administrator with a request to return it, we were told that the maid did NOT FIND ANY CHARGER (!!! ) during cleaning, and the guests who had already managed to settle there also did not sleep or spirit. Yasen is red that they do not need it, however, as well as the administration. Conclusion - the maid. At local prices, a new one cost my friend 25 dinars, which is equal to 21 dollars. Basically, it's like bullshit. The day before the departure, mine disappeared somewhere, it just disappeared and that's it. Grandma's valuables, jewelry, phones and other crap are in place. In reality, this is not the kind of thing because of which someone will raise a fuss, aunts earn extra money for themselves quietly.
Another characteristic feature they had was to enter the room despite the "do not disturb" sign. An absolutely real situation - I wake up and a body in a pink dress and with towels in my hands is standing above me, you see, I counted one and decided to see if he was on the balcony. My indignation knew no bounds, because before going to bed I myself hung out a sign so that no one would touch us while we were sleeping. But, I admitted the possibility that someone walking along the corridor simply hung the sign to the other side, checked - "do not disturb. "
The kitchen is tasteless and disgusting, but this is more likely not a shortcoming of the hotel, but a national feature, because in two visits to Tunisia I traveled almost the whole country, and I was not satisfied with the food in any place.

Draw your own conclusions. For every event mentioned here, I vouch that it was so. For tourism, the country is simply amazing, the city is beautiful, especially the part of Yasmine Hammamet, but it is better to choose a different hotel.
