Good hotel. You can safely put 5 points for the price-quality ratio. Of course, this, of course, is not the five that can be seen in Turkey or even in Egypt, but all the conditions for a comfortable stay are met. I will try to objectively characterize all aspects that may be of interest to potential tourists.
1) Location. The hotel is located right on the beach, which is its undeniable advantage. Most of the other hotels are located in such a way that in order to get to the beach you need to cross the promenade. This, of course, is not a big problem (besides, the embankment is quite beautiful), but personally I still prefer to lie in the sun in the immediate vicinity of the room : )
2) Nutrition. Breakfasts are monotonous with a standard assortment (muesli, muffins, eggs, cheese, sausage, pancakes, vegetables, fruits). At dinner, the menu changed constantly. Meat and fish - in assortment. Desserts are not very good, but they offer ice cream 6 times a week : )

3) Numbers. If you book a regular room at the time of booking, without a sea view, you will be accommodated without a sea view, and the $20 trick, which works great in other hotels, will be in vain here. For relocation to the sea-view, a standard fee is set - 10 dinars ($7) per day per person. So it's cheaper to book in advance, if it's important. The room is decorated quite modestly, without frills, but there is everything you need. Cleaned regularly and even the bed is changed every day, if you do not skimp on tips. But for those who like to find fault, I’ll be honest - the furniture is slightly shabby, the towels are washed out, the TV remote control is sealed with adhesive tape... : )
4) Service. The serving staff doesn’t like to work too hard, you need to constantly motivate them with coins : ) Therefore, it’s better to “feed” the waiter from the first day. Then all the necessary utensils, and spices, and drinks, and napkins will be served in time. Usually 1-2 dinars is enough. to become a "friend" : )
5) Entertainment. The hotel is more suitable for a relaxing holiday. I saw the animators a couple of times, but they did not show much activity.
6) Surroundings. Hammamet-Yasmine has a very beautiful promenade, which is nice to walk along before or after dinner. It has many shops, hotels and cafes. Something reminiscent of the Crimean Yalta.
7) Weather and sea. In October it is still warm, but the wind is already blowing cold. The sea was stormy for 10 days, it rained a couple of times. But that didn't stop me from sunbathing and swimming enough.
8) EXCURSIONS!! ! This is what it is worth going to Tunisia for, no matter what hotel. We went on a one-day tour Tunis-Carthage and a two-day trip to the Sahara. In fact, this is not just an excursion to the Sahara, but a fascinating excursion around the country with a tour of the main sights. Much more than the desert, I was personally shocked by the amphitheater in El Jem. We were very lucky with the guide. For which special thanks to Carthage-Plus. Both excursions were conducted by a man named Alexei - a real connoisseur and, apparently, a great lover of his craft. Thanks to him, we saw, learned and, most importantly, remembered more than we could probably learn from the best guidebook.
9) Tour operator. The tour was booked through TUI, we were very satisfied. The organization of the holiday is excellent. Everything is clear and on time. The hotel guide is always ready to have a maximum of necessary information and is always ready to help tourists.
