Asked to be side by side, but they said that this is the closest neighborhood. We are a husband + wife and two children. Was given a room with 4 single beds. Relatives have a grandmother + mother + 2 adult granddaughters, they were given a double bed and two odnushki. Logically, it should be the other way around. They also had a bath, we have a shower. But we are not picky, and we don’t care how we sleep and wash, they didn’t change.
Service and maintenance. They are very lame. Upon arrival, there was a lack of a set of towels, sheets and pillows. Twice reported to the reception, in the end they brought only towels, on which one of us slept. In the morning, through the hotel guide, they solved the problem with the pillow and then the room was always covered for 4)))) Relatives have the same problem, there was not enough for one person, and there was also no toilet paper and a soap and soap set. Our condo barely pulled, the TV did not work at all. Left a request at the reception, to which no one responded. As a result, the husband himself cleaned the conder, and we don’t use the TV at home, we didn’t make a fuss. But the very fact that even no one came, did not check and did not fix it, if there was an application, this is a huge minus.

The system in the morning to take towels from the room and return them in the evening is terrible. In the afternoon, after the sea, you will wash yourself, but there is nothing to wipe yourself with... Cleaning the beach only in the morning. The poop is not removed, the tractor drives along the shore and plows the sand and fertilizer. Garbage is manually collected by several people with bags. Such sand must be filtered with nets. After all, during the day he digs with his feet and the garbage again on the surface.
Nutrition. They didn't go hungry. There is always a small selection. Several types of meat, side dishes, vegetables and fruits. Pretty good for a trio. Ice cream in the snack bar 2 hours a day. Donuts 2 hours (once the children stood in line for an hour and knocked down the whole hunt). They did not suffer from eating disorders, which means that food and water are of good quality. The downside is the lack of staff. They do not have time to wash the dishes, clear the tables. Only one person stands and cooks in front of you (pancakes, donuts, fish, meat). An eerie queue forms towards him. With a large number of tourists, it was possible to put several cooks, I am loyal to the queues, but here they are too long and long. They were also given a privileged attitude towards the locals (Arabs, Algerians, etc. ) without a queue, and the rules that two glasses, two donuts, two pancakes per person do not apply to them. they can do everything.
The drinks. Children drank chocolate, cocoa, tea, Sprite. Cola is very strange, the rest is all UPI. Decent beer, red wine liked. Nothing more was taken from alcohol. They brought everything with them)))
Animation is cool. The team is very strong.
General impression. Everything is relative. When we stopped in captivity, everything was compared with the last vacation in Turkey. The room seemed shabby, the food was poor, the beach was dirty. But then we realized that the cave-style rooms are very authentic. After walking along the beach and seeing the territory of other hotels, the city beach, we realized that ours is very clean. When from a nearby hotel they complain that they are not fed, and you do not have time to get hungry for the next meal.
We were happy with everything and left with tears in our eyes.
